The game lacks consequences for your actions. You can do ALL of the side faction quest-lines in one play-through with no repercussions, so what is even the point of NG+? So you can level a different skill tree, just to get a different dialogue option that gets you the same result? There is plenty of space, with not enough in it. Major cities have underbellies with almost no content in them besides minor side quests, deliver this message to another courier, etc. Radiant Locations are copy-pasted, and the followers are all the same with a bland "Let's explore the galaxy guys!" attitude that offers no real depth to them, their characters, or their story lines. The gunplay is meh, the vendors suck as leveling is scuffed so their gear is a downgrade to what you already have looted off of minion corpes #25821. Planet life is more diverse in No Man's Sky -at launch. The list goes on. So much potential, with interesting factions, that rarely interact. No space civil war, no mechs, no real risk and no real reward. I hope the future DLC would be interesting, but I have no real expectations for any patch to fix the systemic problems with this game -there is no RPG element to this role playing game.

How the hell did a team of 5 people build this game in two years and make it only take up 1 gb of storage in the middle of a global pandemic and only charge 20 dollars for this masterpiece? What is this witchcraft?

Got this game when I got Overgrowth. Very interesting and stressful!

I love this game, and there is no other game out there like it. The combat system is unique and intriguing, however there are plenty of flaws with this game that can be fixed given enough time and resources to the devs, however corporate Ubisoft would rather see this game die. There is no other game like this, which is a good and bad thing. It's good because it feels unique and interesting, but it also means there is no competition for the dev team. Also, the dev team NEEDS to listen to the comp community for balancing since the game is like no other and there are no references for the devs to go off of.

The people complaining about the mouse bans are only complaining because they're cheaters. Leave your house for the first time in two months to buy a new mouse you whiny babymen.
