The last installment in the Momodora series. This is a sequel to Momodora 3 in the artstyle of RUtM. Needless to say, the game is gorgeous.

The story feels like an improvement over the previous games. Same goes for the gameplay. While the main character feels a bit slow to control at first, in the lategame it all feels very fluid thanks to the various upgrades you earn.

Difficulty is decent, and it actually gets pretty challenging in late areas. The boss fights are well designed and all feel unique, from classic Momodora style bosses to fights that feel a bit more like a puzzle.

The levels are also very well designed. The map shows you when there's a secret in a room, so you don't have to explore every inch of the world to make sure you didn't miss anything. The areas all feel unique and are interconnected, so backtracking isn't boring.

Instead of gaining items by defeating bosses without getting hit, you'll instead be collecting them by exploring, which honestly feels better.

Expect ~10 hours to complete your first playthrough.

All in all, this is a perfect conclusion for the series.

This is truly the kind of game that you need to experience once in your life. I'm not the kind of man to cry because of a game, but I have to admit that I shed a tear. A tragic tale and a scary game. I impatiently await The Walking Fish 3.

This was a cool short game. The puzzles aren't too hard, but no easy either. I love the character designs too.

J'ai déjà passé 138 heures sur ce jeu et il continue de me donner du fil à retordre. Si vous voulez un bon challenge, foncez ! Les musiques sont géniales, et vous pouvez choisir entre 8 ost différentes. Chaque personnage offre un gameplay différent, et le dlc en rajoute encore plus ! Ce dernier rajoute d'ailleurs des modes de jeu très fun.
