I don't personally ever write reviews for games but I thought I would for Crash N Sane Trilogy because the originals are games that are close to my heart being favourites from my childhood

Let me start this off by saying this is the definitive way to play the Crash trilogy I've played the console version of this game and there were some things I couldn't get past such as the game only being 30fps vs 60fps on PC

The game looks great and is very faithful to the original I LOVE! and have played the originals A LOT!
I know there are some, mostly hardcore fans who have some issues with this remake with it's changes, controls and crash's physics but honestly if your more of a casual fan you should mostly just ignore these complaints

Your always going to have those who prefer the originals over the remake no matter how good the remake for that series is and
I'm not saying the trilogy is perfect it has it's flaws here and there but I also feel it's not fair to nitpick every last thing


I will always love the originals and will continue to play both the PS1 Classics & N Sane in the future


I would recommend using a controller over K&M for gameplay as K&M controls aren't good for a platformer title like this one and just aren't good in general if i'm being honest they are fine if your playing the Spyro reignited trilogy however
Also for me personally it just wouldn't feel right not playing with a controller anyway

I've been playing Crash on a I7 4790K with a GTX 970 graphics card so my hardware is decent but a little old at this point but I haven't personally had any issues with the game playing at 1080p@60fps

This is a great remake of the originals and for me personally before n sane I've been dreaming of both Crash and Spyro being revived after almost 10 years I never thought it would happen but it has and I couldn't be happier





The Crash & Spyro Trilogys, Nitro Fueled and Crash 4 It's about time have honestly been the some of the most fun games I've played in years I can't believe Activision pulled it off I was worried in the beginning originally when N Sane was revealed but they have proved that they can put out other great games beside the annual Call Of Duty releases

The game looks beautiful even on console to be fair it looks great the amount of detail in some of the levels is breathtaking it really captures the fantasy and whimsical world of Spyro

The keyboard and mouse controls tbh were better than I expected for a platform game, default buttons are mapped smartly some thought went into them there are some sections in the game where you might want to play with K&M over a controller

I have personally been using a controller to play this game as it's just how I and others remember playing these games

Think the price might be a little steep and could have been a little lower on release (£29.99 instead of £34.99) since this game has been available for over a year now on consoles and can be bought for half the price I'd say if your a fan of the Spyro games who has played the originals go ahead and pick up the PC version it really is the best way to play if your on the fence I would recommend waiting for a sale where it'll likely be 35% off

I've had a lot of fun playing the original 3 Spyro games again and this is a great remake of the original 3 Spyro games and the PC is the best way to play if I were to score Spyro reignited trilogy out of 10 I would rate it 9/10
