Fascinating game that looks into the lives of Gnomes and does a honorable job representing Gnommish culture. This game brought me back to my time in the Agarthan forests as a young gnome, awakening memories of the woodlands of Hyperborea, goofing off and being a silly little gnome among the towering mushrooms.

At one point this game was fun but is now so thoroughly broken that they might as well scrap the entire thing.

Each update brings nothing but useless DLC, continual nerfing to survivors and buffing to killers, and not a single fix to the game. If you aren’t getting slugged or camped, you are dying from dedicated server lag or broken hitboxes or any one of the other countless glitches in the game (like getting stuck in an animation loop).

The game has no mechanism to penalize killers who leave players on the ground and face camp either the hooks or generators. Each update the survivors’ items and perks do less and less. The hitboxes and animations in the game are so broken you can go down from getting hit through a pallet, wall or go down a full 4 seconds after the killer swings because DBD’s servers have such incredible lag to the point where some games you are just teleporting across the map. And what do they do to fix all these problems? They add a killer with a grapple gun.

Conclusion: I’d like my $20 back for this broken half-finished trash

A fantastic game that has been continually updated with content/features throughout its lifetime that offers great replay.

I'd like my steam account to be "adjusted" the +$60 for this game

My PC has an AMD FX-8350 CPU and a R9270x GPU, which is a few years old and only a mid / upper-mid tier card. Running the game so far on "High" with MSAA off and im getting ~ 60 fps Which I'm more than happy with since this is a brand new game running on a 3.5 year old PC.

Game Play wise, controls feel very similar to Human Revolution as does the combat and all around mechanics. Nothing too clunky; only thing I needed to adjust was the mouse sensitivity which was very high at first launch. The new HUD layout is appealing and updated along with the AUG upgrade layout.

The Story is as engaging as ever in the Deus Ex series, still maintaining what I believe is a great balance of a captivating plot and player's ability to affect the plot given their in-game decisions.

I haven't paid much attention to the DLC yet but I don't think they add or take away from the core experience.

Greatly recommend this game.
