Constant Crashing, I'm Unable to enjoy this game. I reported it with crash logs, no response. It might be the best game ever, But I feel abandoned and neglected buying a product with absolutely no reach out support available. And yes, i've tried reinstalling, drivers, specs are up to date etc.

I'd love to review the game, but to do that i'd have to play it.... and currently my 3070ti with 64gigs of ram cant push past 30/40fps with mouse stutters so bad I literally cant aim.
Cmon Todd, we dont need 16 times the detail, just give us an optimised game.

I really enjoy this new game, its a breath of fresh air among all the mid fps shooters around. 60 Operators all with their unique abilities, great graphics, awesome military aesthetic, sign me the hell up.

I really wanted to love and get into this game, I simply couldnt. I failed to understand how to play this game, no solid tutorial or even online help, I had to refund.

As a massive fan of 40k, and a player of Vermintide 2, I can not recommend this game. Here is why.

=technical issues=
- The game chugs, chugs hard. Struggling not to lag on a 3070.
- Constant reuse of assets, all "maps" feel the same, it gets boring and bland very quickly.
- Constant disconnects / errors / crashes.

=gameplay issues=
- Very poor progression. You get better by getting the same gun from "green" to "blue". Absolutely no sense of getting stronger, its just a numbers game.
- There is no armour system in the game. Clothing is purely cosmetic. Such a missed opportunity with having pieces of armour like in other games, making our own outfits etc... just so so disappointed to see this not implemented.
- Some bosses feel weird, once they auto target you, you're dead. Cant dodge / run away, they just charge at you till you die. That has been my experience so far.

=pay to win issues=
- Cosmetics locked behind paywall... I think its unnaceptable for a 40 euro game to have all the "cool outfits" locked behind a 20 euro block.

Overall, the game is "nice", nice atmosphere, decent gunplay, fun with friends, but boring, bland, and easily forgettable. After 5 / 10 hours im already finding it a chore to play. I really wish they took a different approach to this. I crave a 40k shooter game so badly, and this just aint it chief. This aint it. </3

It breaks my heart to leave a negative, but sadly I must.
[no spoilers]
The game feels like a massive downgrade from dying light 1, and as someone who spent countless hours playing the original, it really pains me to see the sequel like this.
To list a few issues:
- No weapon scrapping
- Clunky and uncomfortable Menus designed for consoles
- Clunky and uncomfortable UI leaves you wondering where is what half the time
- Zombie Physics massive downgrade, no stumbling or fumbling off buildings, etc...
- No zombie dismemberment except head
- MOVEMENT IS CLUNKY IN A PARKOUR GAME like honestly pressing A/D to change direction is on a delay, its so hard to jump on a specific thing without some assist
- Characters feel silly and comedic in a game that is supposed to have a sad and dramatic story, after a few hours you just cant take it seriously anymore
- XRAY VISION you can literally xray vision through stealthy zombie parts in the underground, no surprises or skill, just avoid the red shadows, its pathetic wtf
/// I can keep going, but eh whats the point. Another sad console port designed to cater to kids who need assists and all that, leaves us true gamers left behind.

Do I recommend you buy it? Eh, sure, you'll have your fun parkouring through the city smashing skulls for a while.
Is it a good sequel to DL1? god no.

very rough around the edges with tons of room for improvement, but this game is literally a dream come true. Im looking forward to its future potential and what the devs do with this game. Definetly something i'll come back to every few months.
