I don't enjoy the visual effects, I've turned off everything I could in gameplay settings and video settings that were relative to all the screen shakes, whole screen flashing, etc., and yet whenever someone dies, the entire screen still receives an enormous impact, like a shake or a pulse, and light still flashes a bit throughout the whole screen, and it's not adjustable in the settings.

I am not prone to seizures or epilepsy, but if you are, do not play this game.

This game gives you everything you loved about the first, and more, while improving some elements of the first that were lackluster. Amazing discoverability and replayability, this is by far my favorite game released this year so far.

I had to run it on DLSS or whatever but I personally don't mind, I was getting clean frames and the graphics look amazing, I get no stutters like I do with AAA studio games nowadays. Nothing to complain about honestly.

Very few bugs that weren't all that crazy or affected my gameplay, and I had early access so it's somewhat anticipated anyways. Tons of content. Difficulty is great, I was glass cannon hunter for the first difficulty and it was very easy; and going into the second difficulty I'm already struggling and need to change it up.

It was working fine like two weeks ago. Now we tried to play it again (we are playing on the same network, I chose "invite a friend") and it said "lost connection to the other player" after about 10 minutes of being able to play. This happened twice in a row. It was very frustrating because we made progress on the level we've been trying to beat but it reset back to start since we lost connection mid-level.

Please fix this issue :)

I like the game, I liked OMD2 too. Some things are disappointing about the 3rd installment of this series.

Lots of bugs:

1. Gnoll Hunters can get stuck while running over barricades. They will get stuck on the barricade and continuously attack the barricade that they are stuck on till it's destroyed.

2. Gnoll Hunters after getting Charmed by the Scepter do not always go for enemies or get other enemies distracted by their presence. In most cases, you Charm a Gnoll Hunter, and it will still run at you, but not attack you. It will stand extremely close to you and just look at you until the Charm duration is over.

3. Freezing enemies can sometimes give them a burst of speed after being thawed out. This burst of speed is clearly faster than any other movement speed that an enemy may have. Ogres for example, when they get thawed out, sometimes they will do the sprint animation as if chasing someone to stun, but in this particular instance, the Ogre's speed during the spring is significantly faster after getting thawed out from Freeze versus the regular sprinting.

4. Any enemy has a tendency to possibly get stuck if they are pushed onto a barricade or other place that isn't on the normal floor.

5. The AI associated with attacking Charmed enemies is absolutely hit or miss. If I Charm an enemy, it is most likely that they will attract the surrounding enemies that are not Charmed, but sometimes the enemies that are not Charmed will just continue running forward.

6. Charming enemies that are very close to the Rift can sometimes not work at all, and they will still take a few steps forward, then to be sucked in by the Rift.

Other things that bother me, due to the lack of clarity or laziness or otherwise:

1. They reused the same music from OMD2 in some spots. It's been many years. Should be an option to just switch between old and new music.

2. Trap Reset trinket does not reset a lot of traps. I.e. Swinging spiked ball trap, or the trap that spits out a dragon head.

3. Speaking of the dragon trap: There are so many cases where small walls can mess up the path of the dragon immensely. With a bounce or not, the irregular placements of small walls that are near the ground, or part of a wall that sticks out, the dragon trap becomes worthless. Which is a shame because it's my favorite trap.

4. Equipping Mana Trinket says it increases maximum Mana. It does. But it does not show us how much, because the Mana bar stays the exact same and it's more Mana but just compressed into the same bar. Why not increase the bar like the previous game? or better yet, how come things that cost Mana have an actual number to show us? That way we know how much Mana things cost, or how much Mana the trinket actually gives us.

5. Endless mode is fun at the start, but it quickly becomes overkill after around Round 20 or so. You need to reach Round 25 to 5 skull an Endless map, but goodluck because the health on larger enemies becomes utterly atrocious, to the point that when I was on Round 26, I stood there headshotting and freezing a single Mountain Troll for, what felt like 1 minute. May not seem like a big deal, but if you consider the rest of the Ogres and Trolls, it adds up to monotonous gameplay that didn't feel fun or take extra skill or anything. I was standing there, holding left-click and sometimes clicking right-click, for a very long time. I gave up at that point because it was pretty boring.

6. Regarding the first Campaign mode. On the Normal intended difficulty, they saved many new enemies for the very last mission. I have seen complaints about it only being 16 levels, which I do agree with, but they could have made it better by increasing some levels by a few waves, and, by releasing new enemies at earlier times. I'm pretty sure they saved about 5-6 new enemies just for the very last mission of the first Campaign mode on Normal difficulty. I was very excited when I saw more new enemies, but disappointed when I realized I won't even get to experience them on a Normal difficulty unless i'm playing either Endless, Weekly Challenge, or on Hard Mode.

7. I also found myself exiting levels after I start them because of realizing that I can't use certain traps on certain maps. I had to exit just to change out my upgrades on my traps. Should probably just let us change our upgrades after we start the map, but before the first level starts. There were plenty of times that I take a peek at the map before I started, and was like "oh a long hallway, this looks good for this trap," only to realize that after starting the map, due to the intended layout of the map or due to the aforementioned obstructing walls, I could not use certain traps the way I thought I could. It's not that big of a deal, but just kind of annoying to exit and restart.

8. The preview of enemies is not accurate, atleast in Endless modes. When you are selecting a map, you see the preview of enemies on the right side of your screen. In Endless, on the first map, it only shows the 3 simple types of orcs. But if you play it, you'll see that there are many different types of enemies on that map.

9. Not sure if this was intended, but with the placement of which you hold weapons, you sometimes can't stand behind a barricade. Also, especially with the shotgun, there are many times which you are close to enemies that your reticle is directly on their heads, but the shots are hitting them below the head. In this case, you need to be aiming above their heads sometimes. Pretty weird that I have to aim a shotgun above someone's head who's right in front of me just to actually hit their head.

I believe there were a few more bugs and other things but this is all i'm gonna do right now.

Overall, I still really like the game and the concepts. I like this immersive tower defense game, I'm just disappointed in some aspects of the game.

Game is extremely well put together, great tower defense type of game, extremely fun for co-op. so much room for progression. HOWEVER, I played this a few years ago, and it was great. NOW, multiplayer disconnects you in the middle of a game every match or every other match. The multiplayer is UNPLAYABLE because of this, i can't imagine how frustrating it would be to do a harder level or difficulty and have it disconnect 40 minutes into a level.

I HOPE they fix this in Orcs Must Die 3 or else I can't purchase the game, especially at their price point. I apologize for anyone who has yet to experience this game and wants to try it, as the multiplayer aspect of the game is now unplayable.
