Pros:
I personally didn't have any technical issues I think by the time I purchased the game they had already fixed problems that people were having with the game.
You can now be confrontational and low chaos (Nonlethal Assault)
They added rune and bonecharm crafting
The additional perks to Corvo's abilities are somewhat satisfying
Even more unlockable blueprints
Karnaca is very well distinguishable from Dunwall and it fits pefectly in the world of Dishonored
The black market shops.
The new pests.
The story is very interesting, breaking up yet another conspiracy to reclaim the throne.
Enemy variations (I was surprised to see a female guard model)
You can play as Emily or Corvo and there powers are pretty distinct but built around the same idea (Ex: Far Reach and Blink)
Clockwerk soldiers are pretty cool and somewhat formidable
Theres a New Game+ after you bear it the first time so thats pretty cool but I haven't tried it yet.

Cons:
They changed the Outsider's voice and it was for the worse. That bugged me a lot.
The resolution feels rushed and somewhat unsatisfying. (first playthrough Corvo-Low Chaos-Nonlethal Assault-Hard)

Definitely a worthy successor to Fallout 3 so far the DLC has been pretty nice and even nicer if you purchased the season pass before the price went up. If you liked Fallout 3 and aren't the type of person to get butthurt over the small changes like the voiced protagonists and new dialouge system then you will enjoy Fallout 4.

One of the best Star Wars shooters ever made to date. It's story is a very diverse tale that leads you to many unique planets with their own situation as your only objectives are to complete your mission and keep your squad mates alive. You fight everything from battle droids to geonosian natives all way to Trandoshans. Everything leading up to the end is just one story of the best clones to have ever served in the Clone Wars. The only con is the cliffhanger ending.
