Originally Dave the DRIVER, the main character enters a coma and proceeds to become Dave the Diver.

Game is great and a lot of fun, I rarely recommends something before finishing the actual game, but there's so much content and everything is so much fun that I cannot help but to do so, even if the base game only had around 20% of what it already does, it would be a good purchase.

JUST DO IT! BUY THE GAME!

I’m Malum Caedo and I’m here to show you how to paint your miniatures with the blood of your enemies

A gory mess in the best way possible…

Boltgun is a retro shooter that pays homage to the classics of the genre and the Warhammer 40k universe. You play as Malum Caedo, a Space Marine of the Ultramarines Chapter who is sent by the Inquisition to a Forge World to secure a mysterious power source that has opened a warp rift and unleashed the forces of Chaos. You’ll have to blast your way through hordes of Chaos Space Marines and daemons using various weapons and abilities.

In this review, I’ll focus on the game’s gameplay, soundtrack and design, which are the main highlights of the game in my opinion. The story is not very original or engaging, but it serves its purpose and fits the theme of a boomer shooter in which you are playing as a Space Marine.

The game’s combat is fast-paced and brutal. You have to be aware of your weapons and the enemies’ weaknesses, so you can use the right weapon at the right time and dispose of them quickly. You can also use abilities like grenades, melee attacks (which are very satisfying to use) and find power-ups.

The game’s levels and arenas are well-designed and offer different strategies and challenges. You’ll explore underground tunnels, factories, temples, and more. You’ll also face different types of enemies, from cultists and mutants to sorcerers and daemons. The game has a lot of variety and replay value.

The game’s soundtrack is amazing. It matches the game’s theme and atmosphere flawlessly. It’s a blend of metal, rock, and synthwave that gets you ready for the action. The game also has some awesome sound effects and voice acting that enhance the immersion. You’ll hear Malum Caedo taunt his enemies, make jokes, and hail the Emprah.

I did not find any major bugs, and the level of difficulty suits the genre, I'd recommend trying to play in the recommended difficult first and then starting a new game with the hardest.

Now join the battle in Graia, and be sure to leave no Heretic alive!

Really fun game, tons of weapons and items, 8 different classes to play with ( And they do feel different between themselves, it's not just filler ) diversity in enemies and areas through-out the entire game.

The game is challenging enough and gives you plenty of satisfaction once you can assemble a great build and start destroying all your enemies, things can escalate like crazy!

There are 6 different bosses that you can fight while you are advancing through the 4 floors of the game, and they feel fun and unique to play against.

Performance wise it should be just fine in any Entry-level PC and it looks graphically great in its characteristics.

The game does have a few bugs here and there but they are not game breaking, HOWEVER, there's something that bothered me during my gameplays, while playing CO-OP (Which I highly suggest you doing so, it's so much more fun) sometimes I'd get disconnected randomly or it would happen with my partner, I do think that's a problem regarding their own servers, it was happening more in their US server, but when I changed between any other it would usually be just fine, which is a shame since their netcode is actually pretty great and even though we were playing with high latency (We are continents apart) we never felt as if that was an actual problem.

Now it's time for you to jump in the game and destroy the Machine Legion and their minions (Or at least try to)

The Lands Between me and the Elden Ring

This is going to be a long one, go get a cup of coffee if you care enough about it.

You know that feeling of being completely hooked to a brand new thematic world? Elden Ring manages to do it just as you start your journey in The Lands Between.

Fight your journey through dungeons and catacombs, find treasures, get to know your enemies and discover brand new areas, each containing new lore and development that can be discovered by various meanings, talking to NPCs, reading items descriptions, finding patterns that links the bosses and lords of that area to the creatures there. It's everything we always wanted in a Classic Fantasy Medieval RPG.

For the first days If I could I would not have stopped playing this game by any means, I just wanted to discover more and more and unravel it's secrets, so much fun, especially when you have friends to talk about and when you realize, they are in a totally different area that you don't even got to explore yet, but the game gives you that freedom, you are allowed to do what you can in order to progress, by your own pace and your own way.

The combat got much better from previous titles in the soul series, being able to jump is amazing and having your horse to battle along side you creates a feeling that the other games simply couldn't give you. The hitboxes are better, the battles are fluid ( When you don't have that FPS drop from nowhere, but I'll get there ) and I truly believe that everyone can enjoy this game, you are the one who defines the actual difficulty of the game, there's a reason people can beat this game without getting hit, and even though of course, many bosses are tough especially if you want to play a certain way, you can and will GIT GUT, take your time. After you are done with that annoying boss the adrenaline rush you will have will be worth it.

The soundtrack and the world sounds are just amazing, you can hear the noises inside dungeons, the miners banging their pickaxes against the rocks, the screeches of the creatures, the mad-whispering of the anguished souls, the water flows, the birds chirping, everything feels natural and involving. Everything made so that the world feels alive and true to it's nature.

As far as the lore goes, it's a Souls game, it will be cryptic but this one gives you much more to know about, it hints you about it's mysteries and what's happening in a way that feels more natural and approachable. And all the endings and ways to get there will allow you to speculate in your own way if that happened because it had to be this way or you couldn't really do anything else about it, letting a lot for your own mind to imagine and distinguish. You'll have your own theories at the end of the game, wondering what could possibly follow your decisions. What will happen to that world after that lowly tarnished changed it.

The Ring was a bit broken though...

Well, not everything is as amazing as it could be, being very straightforward, some recycled bosses felt a bit underwhelming and the optimization could be much better. After the first patch things got better, and it's far from being unplayable, but the game still struggles in some areas, and that it's not dependent on hardware, rather, it's probably related to the way it was programmed. Hopefully the will keep following with the intended patches and keep improving that segment as much as they can.

Conclusion

All in all, it truly is an amazing game and I'm happy that it managed to keep up with our expectations, it's certainly a title that Ill keep coming back to play more in the future. It's hard nowadays for games that have an open world to not feel empty and to not make the player feel tired, they sure managed to do it in a much better way than other recent titles could, and that alone is something that I was sure looking forward to.

Early Access Review
GOTY

Fun, simple (in a good way) and straightforward.

There are few games that manage to make you feel like you could have fun as when you were younger, this is definitely one of them.

A good game that is tainted by TERRIBLE gameplay and unskippable cutscenes

This is one of these games that you wish you could give a mixed review to.

As far as the narrative goes the story and the characters are interesting enough to keep you intrigued and wanting to play the game. But the mechanics, the wonky controls and the unskippable cutscenes ( OFC no one would skip fresh cutscenes in an adventure/detective game, but imagine wanting to know other endings or having to reload the game and hear the same long conversation again, not even dialogues can be skipped) can be unbearable sometimes. So if you are really affected by those factors I would definitely not recommend buying it.

The graphics are pretty great and choices matter, though if you really want to play a DETECTIVE there are games out there that do that job better.

Would buy it on sales that offer 50% off or more.

Amazing deck-building game

Gameplay is amazing and straightforward, though it has a lot of variety it doesn't try to make it overly complex or difficult, yet it still manages to give you a challenging way of discovering how to build your deck. You might think that you will get overwhelmed by all the RPG elements and currency but that doesn't happen.

Difficult-wise the game is also pretty fair, it provides a challenge for every type of player from beginners that only want to enjoy the game as a casual player and know more about the lore to higher levels of difficult for those who want to test their limits.

Graphics and design are great together with the soundtrack.

Fair price and provide a lot of replayability.

If you enjoy card games, give this one a try and you will be surprised!!

My friend ended up having a seizure watching me play this game, it has the potential of that pokemon episode that made a lot of kids in Japan have epilepsy.

It's the SOTN that we were awaiting for.

When i first started hearing about Bloodstained I could just not wait to see how the game would be, and i can say that this game was exactly what I wanted. SOTN is probably my favorite game of all time and to be fair, right now, I would put Bloodstained up there together with SOTN, maybe not because it's one of the best games I have played but simply because it brought me an amazing feeling of nostalgia and joy.

Bloodstained brings an amazing repertory of OST, that are of great quality and fits perfectly into the game.

The combat and progression feels rewarding, you need to get better items, get better spells so you are able to pass through the challenges the game imposes. You are also allowed to have fun, which is rare in some games nowadays, most not letting you be OP, not in Bloodstained, if you get the right items and spells you will be an unstoppable killing machine. PS: I Love you "Rhava Velar" .

The map follows the SOTN formula once again, and it's created masterfully, with some areas only being accessible after you had the required item or spell. Classic Metroidvania style.

The story is interesting and has some nice twists, keeping you intrigued and wanting to know more about it. It's not overly complicated and follows a good line, making it suited for that style of game.

DID I MENTION THE SOUNDTRACK? Well, if I did i'm doing it again, its just AMAZING.

All in all, Bloodstained is just what I wanted it to be. An amazing piece of fun video game.

Do a favor for yourself and buy this game!

What a great experience.

The game relies heavily on the story and its partitions, you can go from different directions and have different outcomes, while also helping the factions you are more prone to deal with. Don't forget you are a DIPLOMAT in this game, even thought of course the combat is a big aspect of any ARPG, you need to take in consideration your possibilities and try to solve them with the best outcome possible for everyone.

If you enjoy complex combat this game is NOT for you, but if you are looking for a game with nice and dynamic lore while still being well written for sure, buy this game.

The price is completely fair for what the games provides and the graphics are also pretty decent.

Try your best to decide how you can manage each situation and how you should adapt in a complete new world and that has been barely explored by previous adventurers.
