I do recommend people to play Half Life before playing Black Mesa, to really appreciate the jump in graphics and everything, and also because the original Half Life is still a fun and unique game,

Best graphics I've seen in a half life game (except for half life Alyx), very good physics with an updated source engine, and just really fluid gameplay mechanics (takes the best parts of both HL1 and HL2)

If you are poor and can't afford Overwatch, or other Tf2-style games or, if you are REALLY poor and can't afford a graphics card to run Overwatch, play paladins.
