This game is unfinished. You WILL need to use console commands to un-soft-lock your game at least a few times. The bugs are levels above what the were in New Vegas or Skyrim. The technical problems are absolute showstoppers in Fallout 4. I had to mod the game just to make it tolerable to play. Here's just a list of things I had to fix with mods:
- The game stutters every time you sprint
- The game is locked at 60 FPS AND the physics engine is tied to the frame rate
- There's awful mouse smoothing built in that you cannot turn off
- The vertical sensitivity is set to half of your horizontal sensitivity. You can't turn that off either.
- The so-called "night vision" you get with perks actually makes it harder to see???
- The game in general runs like crap!

I finished the game and most of the side quests, but I wish I had sunk all these hours into a different Fallout game instead. Fallout 4 drops a lot of great RPG elements in favor of more survival/base building/crafting stuff. Quests are absolutely quantity over quality. "Go here, shoot these guys, repeat." The main factions are really, really boring. The story is bad. I found myself really unsatisfied with the ending. Every way you approach it, you end up doing something that will make you shake your head in confusion. The factions don't have a consistent or clear ethos, but not in an interesting morally gray way. It just feel poorly written. There's plenty of good stuff too, but it's not enough to make me feel better. I had fun, but I wish I had played something else.

The best game I've played in years and its a remaster of a 1998 title. Absolutely mind-blowing.

Its not good. The Maps feel to big for mostly close ranged classes. I never fell the nedd to build anything as matches are to short for them to matter. Its also unbalenced. Rockets kill you instantly, sniper headshots kill you instantly, and engineer is weak and useless as he has low health and his wepon is weak when a rocket or shotgun blast will kill you in 1-2 hits. Theres no disadvantage to Commando. He has high health, the best wepons, and moves just as fast as everyone else. Sniper is overused. This game is not worth $15. It should be $5 until it gets a major makeover.
