Awesome game with some really cool lore. Lots of work clearly went into the character designs, world building and writing and it makes for an awesome and immersive game.

I don't know if it's better than Civ 5, but it's a damn good game. I love the way districts and having wonders take up their own tile forces you to be more strategic and plan more than previous title. I also really like the customizability of the government policies too, even if there definitely are some winners/duds among the bunch.

I don't know how to actually write all of my feelings about NitW into a review, but I'll try to keep it short.

This is a game that I would recommend to anyone who enjoys stories, especially stories about America, young people or dreams. There's a lot of themes covered in this game, specifically concerning life in rural America and the existential nature of being a human. I'm going to go ahead and say that if you've ever dreamed of really getting immesed into a character's life, this is a perfect game for you.

What ca I say about Don't Starve? Imagine a 2-D Minecraft, that has a little less content, but a really wonderful artstyle, great designs for all characters, mobs etc. and very immersive and addictive gameplay. In addition to minecraft's hunger and health, DS has a sanity meter that can make you hallucinate if it gets too low. This game has a really good learning curve too, as you progress, the game makes itself harder to meet your successes. Every update is fun, and they occur almost every two-and-a-half weeks.Overall, I recommend this game to anyone who wants a new survival game to try out.
