This game is a masterpiece, so many memorable moments and characters. Lots of horror elements that really keep me on the edge of my seat and really add to the experience. Lots of secrets to discover as well. Definitely give this one a try, it's crazy to me that this was made by one person! Very inspiring as a game dev myself

***SPOILERS IN THIS REVIEW, PLEASE PLAY THE GAME FOR YOURSELF FOR THE FULLEST EXPERIENCE***

A very engaging and overall worthwhile experience for anyone even slightly interested in Horror games!

Great atmosphere, and stellar level design. Good implementation of a fading to a black screen for when the user walks through walls inside the game, keeps players from just skipping essential parts. I felt engaged and loved searching through each room, interacting with all the cabinets and drawers, even the occasional lever and valves. The spooky monster also kept me on my toes.

I think what makes this game really stand out to me is the fact that you always are able to walk around spaces without the need of teleporting. The game is created in a way to allow for the player to walk through the entire game. Given the fact the game is made in VR, the devs create a sort of set up where the player goes through narrow corridors in order to find a door when then when entered opens up a whole new area, without the need to have the player opt to more tradition teleporting that most games use. (Teleporting in my opinion takes you out of the game world as you have to aim where you want to teleport, leaving you less immersed)

The addition of a flashlight was a neat concept, but to be honest I feel there weren't very many situations in which it was very necessary to use it. (By this I mean the flashlight didn't seem integral to completing to the game, it definitely was useful to seeing off-screen goodies such as the monster, who otherwise isn't seen in good lighting up until the very end of the game.) I feel if there was an ability to hilt the flashlight to allow for more ambidextrous interactions it would be a great touch. (Given the length of this game it wasn't really a problem, especially on my first playthrough.)

I personally played through the game 3 times in order to get all the achievements and I recommend you give the game a try at least twice. My reasoning is you may have missed some cool events happening where you weren't looking. (One example would be in the TV room where instead of looking at the TVs you could look into the office and see the monster scurrying away, or even on the elevator when you begin your decent into darkness as the monster tries chasing after you.)

Overall a really solid VR experience!!! Lots of really cool items that pay close attention to detail. A plethora of magazines with unique covers and a bunch of VHS tapes to watch. 7 games also included which can be played in between duck season play sessions.

My only gripe would be with trying to hold the rifle once playing the duck season game. But honestly once I got the hang of it it was quite fun and I feel it added to the challenge.

This game also has a really nice sort of nostalgia vibe and environment. And another great touch is that the longer you play the more chance for... let's just say unusual events to occur.

This game is the best colony sim i've ever played period. This game is amazing and i've been following it ever since I found it. I 100% reccomend this game to anyone with ever a slight interest in resource management games.

I bought it to see if the card drops were still available and I was glad to see they still are. (1 Every Hour Though...)
My ultimate goal is to craft the noose emoticon which so far has been a failure...

Game is alright, though I really bought it for the steam items. :P

A high quality FPS. I recommend to anyone who is a fan of the Call Of Duty™ franchise.
