I believe I've collected all of the orbs to enter into The Pulsating Mass, but the door says I only have 5 out of the 6 orbs. I think this may be a bug or I simply missed one.

I just beat the stinkweed cup and I have all the transformations including Punch and the Phoenix unlocked but it's not showing up, is this a bug or did I miss something?
