Make use of the refund feature, you don't need blast res if there are no soldier/demo robots.
Scout, mainly collect money, and milk giants. don't upgrade primary if you can't handle to survive.
Pyro, stop airblasting robots. you disturb the teams aim, especially ruin bodyblocking heavies day.
Heavy, stop buying knockback rage. and stop following tank. also stop sniping, bodyblock giants.
Engi, stop buying disposable sentry you ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ piece of ♥♥♥♥.
Team, stop collecting scouts overheal money. (unless the money is flashing)

All - heal on kill and res based on wave. I almost never use canteens or buybacks
Scout - Soda/Milk/Fan money collector
Soldier - Beggars/Conch. tap firing
Pyro - Phlog/Gas picker
Demoman - I don't really like demo. OHKOing doesn't suit me. i wanna do something.
Heavy - Body blocking with Stock. no brass beast, i like mobility
Engineer - Wrangler support
Medic - Kritzkrieg/Übersaw. I won't pop if it's not necessary. usually minicrits are enough
Sniper - i suck as sniper.
Spy - i suck as spy.
