Ingredients
300 g thin cut sirloin
2 tbsps corn flour
1 tbsp chinese five spice
1 large red pepper sliced
1 bunch of spring onion sliced
1 handful of bean sprouts
2 tsp Ginger paste
2 tsp Garlic paste
1 red chilli sliced

For the sauce:
3 tbsps Rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tbsps Tomato ketchup
2 tbsps Sweet chilli sauce

Instructions
-Cut the sirloin into thin strips. Place in a bowl and then add the corn flour and Chinese five spice. Mix to completely coat the beef.
-Heat a good amount of cooking oil in a frying pan or a wok, add the beef and fry over a high heat until it’s really crispy.
-Take out the beef and place it onto kitchen paper to soak up any excess oil.
-In a clean pan, stir fry the red pepper, sliced chilli, spring onions, beansprouts, garlic and ginger for 2-3 minutes.
-Pour in the sauce ingredients and bring it to the boil, cook for 2 minutes until it looks sticky.
-Add the beef back into the pan and coat in the sticky sauce.
-Serve the crispy chilli beef with rice or noodles and finish by sprinkling over some sliced spring onions and chilli.
