Wonderful game. Recent updates just have been huge Ws left and right. The talent tree update really made it so much more fun to play.

Highly recommended. Especially if you wanna play with friends.

As of making this review im doing my 7th play through of the game.

Not to do a speed run.
Not do any challenges or any achievement hunting.
Just playing the game from start to finish and have fun.

The combination of a simple story, fun and modernized gameplay, great reward for backtracking and collecting treasures, qol changes compared to the original, great graphics, great performance, amazing boss fights and great writing have made me fall in love with this game the moment I started my second play through.

I wish I could explain to you how much I enjoy playing this game. I cant remember a single player game that captivated me that much that I want to play it over and over and over just because it just that much fun.

This remake is perfect in every way. Doesnt mean the og is any worse. Absolutely not. I just really enjoy the modernization compared to the og way too much and the amount of play throughs should be a good indication how much I enjoy it.

10/10 hundred outta hundred best game best game

Man where do I start honestly im loss for words.

I grew up with Wario Land 4 on my Game Boy Advanced and I played that game to death. I love Wario Land 4 its my fave Game Boy Advanced game ever made.

But what I didnt expect was to play a better version of Wario Land 4 in the year 2023 and use all of its unqiue gameplay aspects and crank them all up to the max.

Its honestly so amazing how well Pizza Tower plays and how much dopamine you get
out of running back to the beginning of the level and then do it again to get your P rank.

All of that while the soundtrack is boppin in the background. Each level has a unqiue song and all of them are just so so good.
Each levels are designed so well to Peppinos moveset its game design perfection.

I can not believe how good the soundtrack is, its so charming and amazing.

Honestly if you have the money give Pizza Tower a try its so so fun and enjoyable.


EDIT: I P ranked all the levels and got all the achievements an man.. im in love with this game. Pizza Tower has captivated me like no other game in recent memory.

The fact I 100% the game is honestly something I never do with any video games these days but Pizza Tower was an exception and it was all worth it.

The whole experience was so fun even if there were moments of pure agony and dread I never gave up. Unbelievable how fun and enjoyable Pizza Tower is. Easily a 10/10 and easily somewhere up there with my favorite games of all time.

I put more hours into this game than I did into L4D2 in less amount of time.
Dont get me wrong I love L4D. Even if I prefer B4B I still enjoy L4D like any other does.

Sure, B4B is still plagued by a bunch of glitches and most annoyingly laggy servers but when everything works its so so fun even when playing solo.

Its funny to me that people still sh*t on B4B like its the worst game ever and keep comparing active player counts between both games like yea obviously L4D is doing better because its a much older, easier accessible and is also made by Valve themselves. Who knows how those numbers would look like if L4D wasnt made by Valve.

Grab a few friends, get the game on a sale with all the DLC and get ready for a tough and fun game.

Dont let negative reviews and opinions stray you away from B4B if you do have some interest in checking out the game.
Try it out with friends and be patient with the game and its mechanics. Once you have obtained a lot of cards you can build some amazing decks to your own personal playstyle. Since the game is much more modernized it helps a lot with the games pacing and freedom of movement and combined with cards you can become a speed demon and run around like little gremlin on crack or become a melee tank who heals themselves by killing ridden.

The amount of replay value this game has is phenominal. I was worried at first but am so happy I have been proven wrong.

But yea decide for yourself. B4B is definitely worth trying out with people.

EDIT: They actually fixed the server issues. I almost lost hope lol. Rn is like the best time to play the game with a bunch of friends!

Amazing with friends but having this feeling of someone maybe appearing out of nowhere and f***ing me and my teammates over after spending my limited time per week I have on loot I collected for hours is just awful. Let me play with my friends in a private session please for the love of god..

Even though I spend so many hours in this game, every, single, second, was pure agony. I never ever in my life felt this kind of dread in a video game ever. Its so unique to this game specifically. I can't believe I played this game for so long even though I enjoyed playing it with my friends but still hating it at the same time.

I felt happy everytime I went AFK because I didn't had to play the game. I went AFK for very long too like: "Man.. I don't wanna return to my PC and continue playing anymore im so done with this game even though my friends want to play the game." And I had that feeling from pretty much the very moment I first started up the game. I was willing to play the game despite knowing whats to come. But after this many hours my patients finally ran out.

I'm very much in the minority if it comes to wanting to play in private sessions but I still want to let people know.

The netcode only adds even more salt into the injury. When you are sure you hit your enemy only to realise you didn't and dying to them instead because the server decided your enemy is gonna be the lucky one. Then you have to chase them for hours if you want to get back your loot or decide to say f*** it and come to the conclusion you have wasted hours for nothing. I haven't met any major hackers during my play time or at least I cant remember any but I don't want to find out how it is now.

It's unfortunate that my friends decided to return to this game after some time while im sitting here writing this review and despising the game and having zero interested in returning. I will stay as far away from this game as possible and rather watch them play the game on discord.

Listen, my opinion on the game shouldnt hold you back from trying the game at least but decide for yourself. I would say get the game on a good sale and grab some friends. You will have a nice time especially if you are 4 people.
