LOVED EVERY ASPECT OF THIS GAME!!!

100% recommend anyone who is interested in RPGs to pick up this game.

Pros -

• Satisfying Combat.
  Everything hits and feels meaty. You'll get a satisfying response whenever you get the chance to hit and enemy's weakspot and combat is very responsive with the ability to cancel ongoing moves, etc.
  
  
• Lovable Characters.
  Each character you meet has a unique personality and they are all lovable to an extent. Each character brings in their own take on what a gamer is. As you progress you get hit by a sense of realism on how they react and act within the game, giving them a sense of relatability.
  
  
• Interesting puzzles.
  Along the way you're presented puzzles ranging from parkour puzzles to reaction based puzzles. The collectibles, Chests, are all scattered around the land, giving a player pause to think, "How do I get there?". Dungeon puzzles as well has their own take on early puzzles but I shan't spoil more than that.
  
  
• Visuals and Sound Design.
  For a game coming out of Early Access, it has shown itself to be worth the wait and worth the investment of time and money. It shows a level of professionalism with it graphics to its sound design and the music that you play to.

Cons -

• Confusing puzzle system.
  For some, including me, there are some puzzles that seem questionable in theory when you first encounter them, making sense the more you do the same kind of puzzles but expanded upon. The game does not tell you what to do but you have to learn what to do and what are the limitations of what you can do in certain situations. The puzzle system as well is nifty and very apparent for some but to others it count just seem a bit off. You may think you can do it one way but the method might be entirely different and not be apparent at all, like having you interact with something that blended into the background or did not seem to be interactable prior to the scenario or required you to think in a certain way that you didn't realize.
  
  
• Repetitive Combat.
  True, I said combat is satisfying but it comes to a point where you're spamming the same abilities to either grind for materials or grind for xp. It does vary it up with differing elements but it does feel repetitive should you be adverse to that sort of thing.
  
  
• Collectible hunting.
  If you're a completionist like me then you'll dread the collectible system. Early on it relies on backtracking and SPOILERS, the map system is not exactly up there. You're presented with a single box/rectangle and the name of the map, nothing more. So you better abuse the Stamp system and mark down any chests you see as you'll be figuring out how to get to it while having to search endlessly for that 1 last chest.
  It is redeemed by an addon you can get towards the end of the game which tells you how many chests are there in a part of the map so if you miss that last chest, at least you know where it is.
  
  
• Plot holes.
  Now, for some, this might not entirely be bad as there are plans for future content but playing through the story, I felt there were a few unanswered questions left. Who was this guy? Why did this happen? Exactly what was this meant to mean?
  
  
• Material hunting.
  In a game that almost requires you to go out and farm materials for certain gear is almost annoying. VERY early on in the game, its explained that you have a combat rank and the more you fight, the more you get. HOWEVER, this is very annoying as you can only get certain items from certain enemies at a certain rank later on. It is very repetitive and downright annoying should you not get the amount you need within the time spent. There are also materials only obtainable from breakable objects and they have a chance of giving you an item or nothing at all bar the rare breakables.

In conclusion, I still wholeheartedly recommend this game. I can be more nit picky with the combat and skilling system but overall the game is solid. There is gonna be more content down the line so you may want to hold off on buying the game till that comes out or you can get it now!
