This heist is honestly not as bad as some make it out to be, it's an interesting server stealing heist that brings a new special enemy and the combat drones. That being said it earned every single one of its main criticisms as well. Those being a keycard that you never get told where it is and it never pops up even after looking for 5+ minutes. The ending escape loud is incredibly annoying with only a small little bit of cover and a hold out in an endless wave. What I did not see mentioned at least on the bundle page, is that this heist is incredibly difficult loud when your playing solo. The drones absolutely rip through your armor and health and sometimes you don't even know where they are until they down you. My biggest issue with this heist aside from the keycard bs, is that when soloing the AI teammates can literally screw you loud. DO NOT give them the important server you get right before the escape loud solo because during that holdout they can go out of the playable area where you can't get to them because of an invisible wall and this can lead to a wipe at the final stretch solo simply because the AI teammate you give the server to will go out of the playable area and then you have to pray they come back in long enough for you to grab the sever off they're back and throw it into the helicopter, of which you have to jump and throw the bags to get it in, least I had to. Is this heist fun, to me yes, is the entire DLC package worth it, hell no it's not. I would suggest not buying this or the other parts of the first DLC bundle at regular price, it is overpriced and not worth it especially for solo players. Wait till it's on sale to buy it, or until they fix the final stretch so the AI teammates cannot screw you over and go out of the playable area.

It's a cutesy looking game with surprisingly diverse and well built characters you control, that is a spin off or the incredibly popular indie fighter Rivals of Aether. It has a combat system that's somewhat easy to learn but incredibly hard to master and it's soundtrack is what you'd expect for a rouge-lite dungeon crawler in the same universe of Rivals of Aether, and its main frontlining character, Fleet (the fox girl) is getting put into Rivals 2 coming out next holiday (if the kickstarter is anythign to go off of). This also unlocks a map in Rivals of Aether. My only complaint with this game is 1)the Shark dude is weird to fight with to me, and 2) they never made additional content as far as I'm aware, to further support the game beyond bugfixes and such. I feel this is a game that not only Aether Studios, but fans of the Rivals series in general would benefit from DLC free or paid even.

OK first off, A LOT of people are comparing PD3 launch with PD2 after Crude Awakening which is an entirely unfair comparison. That game had just over 10 years of development to get to its endpoint and this LITERALLY JUST CAME OUT. So I'm gonna start this review saying do not base your judgement of this game based on what PD2 is like now or you will forever disappointed. Now I didn't play PD2 on launch so I am not the perfect judge of this but from what I been told about how Payday 2 launched compared to how this is, it is a massive improvement. Stealth failure is not and instant fail anymore nor an instant reset cause there is no weapon/armor dependant detection in this game. That means you can try and stealth and if it goes south, besides the heist known as Under the Cradle (or something like that), it doesn't really matter and you can still complete the heist loud and get all rewards, again besides that one heist. The returning cast is actually really good with a couple unexpected ones, and the new cast are solid. The game runs incredibly smooth for launch day (and even early access which I had). The lag is honestly almost unnoticeable, least to me course that could be my PC specs talking since I can run this game in ultra and maintain 60fps. The heists are all actually fun too, despite how little there is right now.

Course there are some negatives and many have pointed them out but I will list the ones I've experienced here for those who don't wanna read 100 unnecessarily negative reviews. Weapon and level experience is sadly tied to a system that involves challenges instead of just heist clearing, gonna assume this will be remedied somewhat soon as there is a LOT of outcry on this. The 3 equipment you can get without perks all function differently then they did in Payday 2 so if your accustomed to that it might throw you off. Medkits no longer restore downs on use without the associated perk which you cant even get till in the 30's it seems for infamy rank, and even then it seems to only be 1. They also don't heal your HP fully. Armor kits have like 2 or 3 uses each and they only recover roughly 1/3rd of your ammo, again without perks. As for the ECM I think it just flat out doesn't work, that or I'm misreading it which is possible, but it doesn't function the exact same. The Sentry is the 4th one and that needs a perk to even use so I do not know how it functions in relation to PD2. The skills are all lackluster at the moment heavily relying on Rush, Grit, and Edge which are the new buff system which I personally feel is annoying to have to try and manage all 3 at one time just to get your skills to work. Your also only allowed a max of 10 skills active at any time which is incredibly constraining. There is only like 8 heists in the game right now which I can see getting incredibly repetitive very quickly to some people. Weapon attachments are basically CoD nuf said there. There is only 2 OVERKILL weapons in the game at the moment which are basically point streaks from CoD and from what I've heard the sniper is far superior but you don't get that till the 40's of infamy level. The ONLY secondary weapons are the pistols, nothing else, so those wanting to run an AR and and SMG are out of luck and there is no way to put 2 primary weapons on your loadout currently which sucks. The best cosmetics in the game right now when it comes to the character are the gold and silver editions ones sadly, couple of custom pre-built masks and weapons are cool but they require intense grinding and a whole lot of money or the new c-cred. At the moment however there is no microtransactions or season passes but this will likely change which also sucks cause everybody is getting sick of those. The story isn't actually animated its in a voice over slideshow form. Weapon and mask colors are right now only solid colors and they look eh at best. You can't really give and personality to your masks or weapons either as they have set color styles and it all looks kinda tacky, unironically a black weapon with white highlights is sadly one of the coolest weapon colorations you can do ad it doesn't even look amazing.

By far the worst negative I can give to this game right now at the time of typing this review is it has a massive matchmaking issue. As it stands at the moment of typing this the servers are down and since its online only game literally can't be played beyond the main menu. Prior to this during the early access and on release day, you could hardly ever find one other person to do the heist with meaning you were stuck soloing everything and friend lobbies would not always work. When they did work however after every heist your thrown back to the menu and have to queue a new heist with your party instead of staying in a lobby. When you would find other people it would take easily 3+min to find another player and each heist lobby has a hard 5 min timer before it auto starts, and you cannot change anything beyond which weapon loadout you have during that time frame and it appears there is no AI customisation always seeming to default to Dallas, Chains, Hoxton, and Wolf with no way to have Joy or new comer pearl available as an AI teammate. You Also cannot turn the AI off so they will be there with you regardless if you wanna run solo or not.

Now that's a lot of negative and not nearly enough positive to warrant my thumbs up instead of down to some, but that's because simply put, DON'T JUDGE THIS GAME BASED ON CURRENT STATE PAYDAY 2. If you do that you will forever be disappointed and its an unfair comparison due to the 100 years of post launch support Payday 2 has vs this which just came out. Payday 3 is a fun heisting game that looks gorgeous and is great to play with friends or family or loved ones even if it is rather small in scope currently when it works, the soundtrack is great and it recaptures that feel from Payday 2's soundtrack, and if you just wanna blast some cops for some brain-dead fun not caring too much about the grind this game is great for it. Sure you won't unlock everything lightning quick but you'll passively unlock the other guns and attachments on your fav's as you use them and the starting 2 weapons are in no way terrible and will feel quite familiar to some being the CAR-4 Rifle and the Signature 40 Pistol which comes with a suppressor unlocked and free to attach. The characters both new and returning are well voiced, and the current heists are all enjoyable in they're own ways both loud and stealth. So I say if your a fan of the Payday gang and they're games, and aren't one of those that will compare and judge it based on current state Payday 2, you'll enjoy this game and its a really nice looking game for its price-tag and will only go up in quality as time goes on and Overkill, or Starbreeze I dunno who to put here, get more used to the unreal engine. Content is already planned a year in advance and who knows what else can come out and it's supposedly gonna have a new heist before the end of December already. This game is only in its infancy people, don't hold it up compared to current state Payday 2.

The game is everything Rune Factory 4 was but better. Crisper image quality, a good soundtrack, colorful fantasy characters, cute monsters you can tame, and more farm space overall (you'll see what I mean playing the game this is spoiler free). A few minor issues is that one, sometimes your camera goes a little wonky, the animations can be kinda stiff at times, and the hub world is quite large and not enough teleport spots in town to not make you need to run around. Infact not much for teleport spots at all besides dungeons. Otherwise however this is one of the best games on launch I have seen in awhile 8.5/10 if you like Rune Factory games you'll like this.

A CPU hindering gameplay breaking DRM AND it costs more the the base game?! Capcom you must not have gotten the memo on how to do expansions. I was thinking on getting this garbage port to play with my hunting buddies that bailed on me on the PS4 copy for this hunk of trash port, but then seeing how the expansion, again re-iterating THE EXPANSION, costs more then the base game? That's greed at its finest right there. I wish I could recommend this cause Iceborne adds a lot of cool stuff, and in my hype I didn't notice the price difference on the PS4 when it first dropped, but as somebody who has beaten Iceborne fully on the PS4 I can tell you it's not worth it's current pricetag. Poor PC players don't even have access to everything yet despite most of what PC players are missing are actually in the files. Upon my last checking PC players don't even have access to the Safi gear yet at time of posting. (February 25th 2020) which is honestly the bread and butter of most effective builds on PS4 right now, and Capcom is asking close to the base price on launch day for this game, for it's expansion that completely destroys the PC player experience. Denuvo isn't even tied to Iceborne alone, it got brute forced into the base game so even players who don't wanna shell out that kind of money on a broken expansion, can't even escape on of it's biggest issues that break the PC port without jumping through hoops and it's anti-consumer. if Capcom ever removes Denuvo then I'll give this another look, but until then I'm not getting the Iceborne expansion on PC or even reinstalling the game when I can play it on PS4 without the Denuvo problems unless somebody gifts me Iceborne, and I strongly urge anybody thinking on getting this game to do the same. if possible buy this on the PS4 instead, otherwise I suggest you give this horse$hit of a port a hard NOPE and save your money till it's in a much better less...denuvo'd state.

It feels alright for a racing game it is actually fun and the team race mode, however weird and different, actually is pretty fun. Yeah it has denuvo but honestly I don't think that's impacting the game besides long loading times initially, as after a bit it sped up. Ignore what people are saying about playing Zavok being the only way to win cause really it isn't. My only real complaint so far is that it needs some serious optimisation tweaks for the PC port. My computer blows the minimum requirements out of the water and is on par more or less with recommended settings but I'm still not getting solid frames or even 60. I think its sitting around 30-45 FPS on the lowest possible ingame settings. Now that could be the fact I only have 8GB of RAM in total but still that's recommended settings so by all means I should be able to run this on medium at 60 FPS but I can't. Aside from some serious optimisation needed though the game is actually fine. Yeah the vehicles can't transform, but if that's what everybody is complaining about they truly aren't giving the game a fair chance or looking at it for what it is. A TEAM CAR RACING GAME WITH SONIC CHARACTERS. All in all I recommend this game if you like Sonic Racing Games and won't let the fact your nothing but a car that can be customised upset you. I just hope the PC port get's some much needed optimisation love sooner rather then later.

I want to recommend this cause it's really fun and random and the gun controls make you laugh more then anything, but I just can't. Unless you have some super connection to your internet the game always lags out and people are getting hit when nobody is near them, people go invisible all the time, guns teleport, people get the guns that aren't near them, and people survive standing on lava or something and win not doing anything. Game is extremely unbalanced with the servers and until they fix them I recommend you stay away from this game unless you are directly connected to your wifi or have a seriously powerful router to stop the lag. Do NOT buy this until it gets it's servers fixed, use your money on something else.

Early Access Review
This game all in all is honestly pretty enjoyable. You can color your balls, get hats, and unlike other golf games I own, granted there is only 2, you don't get trails unlike in Golf It! where you can pick one. That being said, and I am aware this is still in early access and will likely be fixed later on, but the optimization needs work....like badly, least for one level i noticed. I have a pretty good budget gaming computer, it can run some more intensive games like GTAV or Fallout 4 on medium quality fairly easily and this game was fine in the highest setting....except Pirate Cove. My FPS tanked so bad on that map that one hole I could not complete simply because the game would not let me cause of fps lag and it somehow not staying clicked when I alt tabbed to desktop and back. All other maps worked fine but Pirate Cove I had to kill my quality to medium-low just to finish the course...the ONE COURSE! Would I recommend this game to people? Honestly I would, and if your interested in getting this game casue you like minigolf games do it, aside from having to severely alter settings on specific courses depending on PC's it was genuinely enjoyable.

I don't know what those others are talking about. I bought this, yah I didn't get a CD key but I looked at my mounts and styles and sure enough they were all there, dunno if this is worth it's current price tag but it does actually work just look in game. The mounts are cool, the styles for the most part are cool, haven't looked at the ally's yet but I will recommend it because the mounts look really nice in game.

I was gifted this by my boyfriend and honestly I had to take a break near the end of it....because of how much it hits you in the feels! The novel off the start may seem a little slow, espescially if your not into fantasy books....or furries. But if you look past those and actually carry on what you will get is an amazing story, one you can partially customize as the more the characters like you the more story gets opened up. If you also start liking the characters like I did, the choices you make become progressivly harder to make. I will not say any spoilers as this novel is too good to be spoiled. Contrary to what it looks like you do actually get to customize your character after abit so don't let the lack of any options on your character off the start deter you. With multiple endings I strongly recommend you make multiple saves before each choice unless you want to experience the whole story per read changing things here and there. All in all I strongly recommend this visual novel even to non-furries for the story and soundtrack alone.
