I love the setting and the style. Dune is a great story! The game is very well done and it seems like the asymmetry of the factions is balanced well. There is a lot for me to learn still, but that is part of the fun.
Definitely fun with friends and playing solo.
I have not played with random people in multiplayer.

I love City Skylines 1 and I have faith that the second game will be everything I expect it to be in time.
Its clear that the game is already better than CS1 now! There are just a few things that need to be worked out.

edit: The game seems to have been quickly fixed. I am not seeing any other issues about a week or two after launch. I definitely recommend the game. Its a much more interesting challenge than the first game. Its hard to step away from my city!

Good game. 6 years of fun.

My friend recommended I get this game so we could be cop partners solving crimes together. It turned out to be a lot of fun! It is a very cool game where two cops take on the roles of an entire police department. Busting down doors. Clearing thug-infested structures. Slapping old women into compliance. Spraying the hot sauce of justice mercilessly. All without a single scrap of paperwork. However, the best part was the friendships we forged along the way.

Seriously, this is a very good game. It has a great style that feels nostalgic, an awesome soundtrack, and an interesting narrative! Above all the gameplay is addicting! I am looking forward to what comes next! A+ game!
