Okay, let me start this review by giving out some historical context for Battle Bears:
Battle Bears was originally a series intended for iPhone and mobile devices, and it was extremely popular during the late 2000's to early 2010's. This included games such as Battle Bears -1 (Yes, that's actually the name of the game), Battle Bears: Zero, Battle Bears: Zombies, Battle Bears: Blast, and Battle Bears: Gold (which is a multiplayer game similar to Team Fortress 2 and Overwatch) However, the series' popularity began to fade into obscurity, and every game that was on the Apple Appstore, except for Battle Bears: Zombies, and Battle Bears: Gold was removed. So if you're wondering as to why this game looks blocky and looks like it came off of a Nintendo 64 cartridge, that's why.

Now, as for my opinion on this port:
When I found out Battle Bears -1 and Battle Bears: Zombies was ported to PC through Steam, I was excited, because the iPhone version of Battle Bears: Zombies is kinda broken, and Battle Bears -1 no longer exists on the Appstore, and I loved these games when I was a kid. Now, Battle Bears -1 on Steam is surprisingly good; they optimized it for PC, there's graphic settings, and the gameplay is just as fun as it was playing on the phone; it honestly feels like I'm playing a game that was made for PC. As for Battle Bears: Zombies, this unfortunately a horrible port and it's an insult to what made Battle Bears so good in the first place.

While Battle Bears -1 actually felt like it was remade for PC, this feels like I'm playing on an iPhone emulator or something. Here's a list of things wrong with this port:

1. The controls suck. The controls purely rely on the mouse, the only time you need the keyboard is for switching weapons and manual reloading. Also, Oliver, the character you play as, turns very slowly, which makes it hard to keep track of all sides on the battlefield. It would be nice if we could turn quickly like we could in the iPhone version.

2. The game glitches from time to time. I don't know if it's just me, but I ran into several glitches while I played through the whole campaign. The most notable one is when using the Slingshot, which shoots black jelly beans that cause the enemies to inflate like a balloon and explode, but in this port the inflation effect is broken and instead the models just distort, and there's not even a sound when they explode. Other glitches include Oliver's weapons going invisible for no inexplicable reason, or the sounds of the enemies dying keep playing on a loop, and sometimes the enemies get stuck in the ground or get stuck in place.

3. There are no graphics settings. You are not able to change the resolution, which is bad because I like to have my games set at a specific resolution. Don't get me wrong, I'm not gonna be too heavy on this, because this game was originally an iPhone game, so it makes sense that has a default resolution that can't be changed, but the option would've been nice. Battle Bears -1 has it, so why not this?

4. There's no quit button. I have to alt-tab to quit the game every time I'm done playing.

5. The cutscenes look ugly. Like I said before, this game was originally an iPhone game, so putting the cutscenes on a big, HD screen makes them not look good, but take a look at this game's trailer on the Steam page, the cutscenes look great! They look like they were actually remastered for this port, but when you play the game, it's just the cutscenes from the iPhone version. Even the tutorial video was taken directly from the iPhone version, and that version does not have mouse or keyboard controls!

All-in-all, this is a seriously rushed port, and because of that there is bound to be problems. I really do hope SkyVu is able to improve this version of Battle Bears: Zombies via updates, and maybe even port the rest of the Battle Bears series to Steam someday. Battle Bears is a series that has serious potential, and I don't want to see this series die, even if the fandom has severely shrunk down...

While I do give this game a positive (mainly because I’ve been a fan of Halo for as long as I remember), to anyone who has even the most powerful machine, do not, I repeat, DO NOT have High-Resolution Textures and Ultra Graphics settings on at the same time. My computer malfunctioned three times playing this game, and it didn’t calm down until after I shut off High-Resolution Textures. I later found out that the reason the malfunctions happened was because the High-Resolution Textures combined with Ultra graphics was stressing and overheating my computer, so I recommend that you only turn on High-Resolution Textures and Ultra Graphics if you absolutely believe your system is powerful and can cool itself off fast enough to handle it.

For context, I have a liquid cooled system, I don’t know if it’s because the coolant isn’t working or something else, but everything finally stayed cool when I lowered the graphics settings to High instead of Ultra and turned off the High-Resolution Texture pack.

To discuss the gameplay a bit, I have not beaten the game yet, but it kind of draws away from traditional Halo gameplay and focuses on a sort of Far Cry perspective where you have to go from outpost to outpost, rescuing UNSC Marines, neutralizing enemy commanders, bases, etc. and build up an army across the world. You unlock new weapons, vehicles, and abilities as you progress through the game. It is surprisingly fun and it does its best to retain old Halo gameplay, while adding some new gameplay elements to the mix.

This is a huge improvement over the nightmare that was Halo 5: Guardians, though I wish they had brought back Warzone for this game.

Early Access Review
It takes time to learn how to play, but I eventually got the hang of it. If you're a fan of old tycoon games like Roller Coaster Tycoon or Simcity, then I highly recommend this game. There are some bugs that I found, but the game worked perfectly after simply restarting it. I am looking forward to seeing what the developers have planned in the future. Maybe some more attractions or games to put in the player's arcade?

This is one of the worst ports I have ever played for a video game. No, it's not because the gameplay is bad on PC. No, it's not because the graphics are worse than consoles. No, it's not because the game is glitchy. It's because the game randomly crashes, I don't know why but this happens every time I launch the game and play it for over 20 minutes. So, I am always constantly afraid that the game is going to crash, disrupting all of my progress! You just gotta speed run through the whole game! I wonder how many people have went to the bathroom, came back and all of a sudden the game was closed out for no reason!

Now, you could say "oh, just save the game every five minutes." Yeah, like I want to do that the whole time! The whole point of saving is for when you want to quit the game and come back later, not do it every five minutes because of a bug! This remastered version was released in 2016 and it's the year 2020! How does a bug like this go unnoticed for four years!?

Early Access Review
It's as if some mad scientist took My Little Pony, DOOM, and Silent Hill and compressed them all together.

Pros:
-Good graphics, it really captures the feel of 1990's video games.
-Level design is pretty good.
-The characters are interesting.
-Horror aspect is good. There are a few jumpscares that can surprise you.
-Music is eerie, but good.

Cons:
-Certain enemies can be a little annoying at some points.
-Combat is a little meh, if you're shooting projectiles, it's okay, but using melee weapons is a little difficult because enemies will not stop moving or slow down, even when you hurt them. Like a little pain animation for the enemies would've been nice.
-The secrets are sometimes a little too easy to find. One secret room was in clear sight and I simply found it just by phasing through a wall.
-Certain abilities take some time to get use to, such as the teleportation ability. It took me four tries to finally get it right. Using it the first, you're most likely going to fall into a pit and die.

Is it a good game?
Yes.

Is it worth the money?
Yes.

Do I recommend it?
Yes. The game is still early access though, so don't expect it to be perfect. Even though I got this game as a gift, it's only four dollars anyways, so it's not like anything major is wasted.

Pros:

-Good detail
-Wider variety of walls, floors and furniture
-Very modern

Con:

-The furniture is huge! Like even bigger than the default furniture that comes with RPG Maker MV! So, if you want to make a game using these graphics, your characters are gonna look more like kids than adults with these graphics

This game is visually beautiful, it's very artistic and colorful. But it can be beaten in under 20 minutes. I can buy iPhone games that last longer than that.

The original Fortress Craft on the 360 was better. It's way more complex on how to play and it's glitchier than the original.

The tutorial was a mess, it kept telling me to connect this thing to that thing or some ♥♥♥♥ like that, I kept it, the tutorial even got stuck and I had to restart it, even then after the turorial, I had trouble playing the game. The controls suck, it's a complete mess, you can't even change them either. It drives me crazy, I couldn't figure out what to do, and plus, you need tools to break and build ♥♥♥♥, which makes it more complex. Also what kind of story does this game have, my dude? Some guy you play as flies to a space station, which then blows up, sending him flying to an alien planet? It feels like a game that hasn't been finished.

Because of all this, I have a whole new appreciation for Minecraft! Blockland is better than this ♥♥♥♥! You wanna play a good building and crafting game that isn't Minecraft or whatever the hell this game is, try freaking Castle Miner Z, it's also available on Steam.

Really it's not good, but it's not bad either. They really didn't put much effort into this one as they did with the first Legacy Collection. To summarize, here is my list of the pros and cons of the game:

Pros:

-Good ports, games ran smooth and had no problems.
-Brought back the music player.
-Museum is cool.
-Better than using an emulator. (in my opinion)
-Good controller support.

Cons:

-There's no database on all the characters and enemies like how there was on the first collection, that makes it harder to know what the weaknesses are to the robot masters.
-When you save, it doesn't save exactly where you left off, instead the games save from your last checkpoints. So if you come across a complex obstacle, you just have to get good.
-The collection seems a little too small, and what I mean is that it only includes 4 games instead of 6, that being Mega Man 7-10, what they could've done was thrown in a couple of other games like Mega Man and Bass or Mega Man: Wily Wars.
