I play this as I listen to podcasts or livestreams in the background. It's very fun, the amount of item upgrades your Isaac can get just makes you want to keep playing and become the most op cry boi in the basement, and with every failure, you get the urge to improve on your next run.
Very happy to play this depression and family abuse game.
