So ill say its not a bad game needs a little work but thats why its early access you may not have the same fun with your friends... this game is pretty much required to be multiple people if you play it alone you won't have a very good time.

Ill share my opinion on the game which i rarely Do..
So the weapons feel like once you find a strong weapon and built it how you want.. its kinda hard to change from that I think i went through the game with a big sword you find in the Garden. So I didnt find something to replace it really by that time.

It is kinda Darksouls like but if you die all you have to do is refight the enemies you don't actually lose anything from that death unless you used consumables.
once you figure out how to fight there is some methods that can be used on most enemies that I thought they'd counter but didnt... not even in last fight.
So those are the little Gripes with the game.
the game has A LOT of enviromental story telling and quite a bit of reading if that isnt for you it may still be enjoyable but you'd miss out and feel a little cheated probably by the ending.

The ending is you turn into a ghost and then it pans up and shows the credits... from what ive gathered I think is you are dead since the very beginning and are a spirit of sorts so when you do kill the acolytes you dont have a need to stick around. So you may feel cheated because it doesnt give you a sense you actually made a difference or give you any closure. Which is a kinda ballsy ending

So long story short Can i recommend this? I would say yes I do love lovecraftian horror and Souls like and perfectly fine with isometric view.
but it may not be for everyone.

A great Webslinger game I would recommend playing it to enjoy it

A Great game especially with friends, after a bit it would need to wait for more updates. There is currently 2 large levels 2 houses 2 cabins and the cabins seem to only have a difference in layout.
Scray and fun.

If you played the old games this is pretty damn close to the originals. its a fun game to completely 100+% on each.

Best way to describe it is the Sequel to Risk of rain 1 its still in development but so far its good.
reminds me of Mario how it made it to 3d. its a Jump between 2D to 3D and they did it right.

They listen to people whom post in their discord also and have been rebalancing a little based on that while also updating the game.

Good game and a good company..
The microtransactions of this game (because every free game needs one.... and apparently some paid) arent neccessarily too invasive the biggest thing is that things take time to be crafted and thats probably the most invasive.
