I purchased this game and refunded it an hour later. I wanted to like this game but its state is incredibly rough. even with 16gb of ram and a 2080 super I couldn't get a stable 60fps and it would hang out close to 30fps. Not only that but everything felt choppy. I might consider rebuying it if they fix the issues later down the road.

A very easy way to play dungeons and dragons with friends. I will say that just buying FG isn't enough. sure it comes with basic rules but to get the full experience of FG the DM will need to have the PHB, MM, and DMG module at least. Its an investment but worth it if you plan to play TRPGs over distance.

This is by far one of the best SAO games you can play. For once you are the actual main character and the story doesn't revolve around kirito and his gang. Yes they make an appearance and there is "Kirito Mode" 2/3rds of the way through the game but the actual storyline of the game focuses on your character and the unique characters around them.

Honestly give it a try. the character creator is pretty nice and the story is your own. the gameplay feels fun and engaging though the enemies are a bit repetitive. Recolors and what not.

I've spent extensive hours in this program and I absolutely love it. Out of the box it is very simple to create fan games with little experience. If you want to make a polished game it will take a bit more work, but the program offers you tools to accomplish that. With the inclusion of Javascript over Ruby, it is far easier to both create your own plugins, or use other people's created plugins.

The program has the potential to put out quality games in the JRPG and action adventure genre, and with Javascript you could potentially spread this to other Genres as well.

overall, this is a worthwhile purchase if you have an interest in making games but are intimidated by bigger engines like Cryengine or Unreal engine, or you just want to make a fan JRPG / professional JRPG.

First and foremost, Thank you to all who worked on this engine. You did a fantastic job.

I'm a pretty bad scripter. I'm not going to lie. Ruby is something that escapes me for some reason (but I can code in VB and C++ to a lesser extent. go figure), so modifying the menu was something that I had to leave to other scripts. My problem was I wanted a unique menu, something I created. This product helped me achieve that.

It wasn't all that hard either. Everything is well labled and documented. In just one night I was able to create the main menu section, and right now I'm working on Items. The manual was helpful, and I figured out most everything through trial and effor (like any good programmer right?)

Would I recommend this? Yes and no. I gave it a glowing review because my experience with it was extremely positive....while editing menus. Thing is, I haven't gone beyond that yet. Could problems arise with scripts later on? Yes they can. In fact, I'm pretty much expecting it. I'll deal with those problems when I get there, but it could be an issue for some.

In addition, this pretty much requires you to start your project over with using Luna Engine as a base, so if you are pretty far along in your game, this might be a massive development hit for you. You can always drag over your databases to the new file, but if scripts were involved in your creation process, things will most likely break.

I'm going to give this product a recommendation, but I'll temper that recommendation with this. If you are new to RPG maker and you don't know a single solitary thing about Ruby or how RGSS3 works, I wouldn't recommend this for you. It'd honestly be a waste of your money. However, if you are serious about creating a game, and want it to have a unique look, then this is for you. Just make sure you know a little bit about scripting, to save the devs from headaches.

Good job Dev team! Good job!
