Namco made the most blatant "bait and switch" that I experienced until this day...
Tekken 8 was amazing at lunch, but now it's filled with dirty monetization practices, bugged mechanics, and copy-paste assets (including a blank 3d sphere model)...

Pros:
- Nice Graphics
- Tons of gore... raining blood everywhere!!!
- Weapons brings a nice output feeling, such as motion capture animations, sounds and effects
- Less grindy than previous game in this franchise, has 25 levels per perk instead 6 = better progression sense
- Workshop Support

Cons:
- Has less play-style freedom in comparison to KF1 where we can choose between "camping" or "hit and run", now we cannot camp since the zeds spawns everywhere...
- Crowded with expensive RNG Micro transactions
- Crappy loot rewards (mostly USB and crates, and with some luck you will got a battle-scarred common weapons or headbands) = feeling punished instead rewarded by playing
- Unwanted PVP mode, which delayed content updates and caused some unbalanced issues on the PVE...
- They drop the Martial Artist perk...
- Unbalanced perks, those are more flexible in the usage of offperk weapons that makes the perk's almost irrelevant in comparison to KF1
- Unwanted Survivalist perk = lazy perk which aggravated the unbalanced gameplay issues that game had since beginning of EA
- Lost the scary, darkest and creepy mood of the KF1, now it's less scary and more "neon" futuristic type of art style, specially the trader and medic weapons
- Lost the immersion, the cosmetic designs are over the top, makes hard to take the game serious when playing next to player covered in gold with crazy accessories...
- Awful multi-language support, Portuguese translation it's behind broken, didn't even care to update language strings to match with the newest GUI layouts
- Paid weapons, like cosmetic transactions weren't bad enough
- Also paid weapons are purchased in-game, so those won't be shared through family share, and probably won't get many discounts, feels like a sneaky move honestly

Score: 6/10

TL:DR: If you are hardcore fan of KF1 or if you hate badly the Micro-transactions you might get disappointed, if you're new to the series you might love it.

Early Access Review
Too OVERPRICED i really mean it!!!
yeah sure is "free to play"... but when game envolves strategy the unities have a special place in role and guess what... the majority of unites require payment to use... Really? that limites the whole game, the price of whole unites beats clearly the price of a triple A game.

Only cosmestic itens should be sold, everything that involves gameplay should be free.

I really loved this game a lot but... there is 3 things to have in consideration that blows all experience:
- Requires GFWL to be able to save data and play online and this services will be discontinued, the only game that capcom did showed interest to convert GFWL to SteamWorks was the Super Street Fighter IV, so probabily this game will became broken...
- The netcode isnt that great, why devs dont use GGPO netcode?
- Abusive DLC's in all kind ways: costumes, characters that the development were finished in release date and they decided to sold them way later in dlc release method, gems that influence the gameplay performance... so yeah...

In past i was sad because this game was exclusive of consoles, and now im happy to get this kickass game that reminds me pretty well the NES time in game called Excitebike. I got this game over the Steam Contests Website, i advice everyone check it out: http://www.steamcontests.com/ and partecipate, its a nice way to promote games, win some, at sametime have fun by partecipate on contests.
