It's an OK game, but as an RPG it's just plain and bland. That BGS made it, is just disappointing. If you wanna play looter-shooter games, SF is a great game. If you wanna play an RPG, don't buy this game. It is to RPGs, what boiled unseasoned chicken is to food; it'll fill you up, but won't satisfy

It's MA, but slightly better. It's still three great games, and if you loved them then, you'll love them now.

This is honestly one of the best games I've ever bought. It's like the developers took what was great about the previous M&B games, scraped the stuff that was weird/didn't work, and just expanded everything.

I should note, that if you're not a fan of games that are in early access (which this game still is), then wait a while, tho I want to point out that I've played fully released games that have been a lot more unfinished than this.

Really amazing game, but be prepared for hours of re-does and frustration :)

Final review: This game is great! All the bugs I complained about has been fixed, and the did it fast, with no extra cost to the players. Great game, great company. Recommended!

So after 42 hours of gameplay, this is my review:

The story: Pretty cool story, lot of plot twists and engaging characters. Despite being a bit stocky and rigid at times, the story feels realistic and not too heavy-handed.

Gameplay: gee, where to start...The controls take some time to learn, and hitboxes are a bit buggy. On the other hand, the game really makes you feel good when you learn the controls. All in all, complex and still a bit buggy, but fun.

Visuals: pretty decent, some strange lip-sync, but I can live with that. The game looks, to be blunt, a bit boxy, but good.

Bugs: oh sweet RNG, this is what breaks the game for me. From a game with this pricetag, you would expect allmost perfection, and maybe accept some minor bugs such as missing textures. This game, however, is so laden with bugs that of the 18 main quests I completed, at least 6 of them had such game-breaking bugs, that I had to reload a previous quest in order to reset the game. A lot of minor, but highly annoying bugs, such as the guards locking my private room, forcing me to break in infront of them and getting arrested or waiting in a city, only to "wake up" to a guard beating you because you didn't respond to his requst (because I was waiting), leads to a LOT of frustration. However these are, in the larger scope of things, pretty minor bugs that are easy to fix. No, the thing that makes me really mad, that makes me not recommend this game, is the savegame bug. Now, to get one, two or even three corrupted savegames, I can live with. PCs are unforgiving and strange as gods. In this case, sadly, EVERY SINGLE ONE of my savegames, in my 42 hour playthrough were corrupted. In other words, everything I've done in the game since it came out is gone.

TL;DR The game is pretty, with a good story and interactive world. The gameplay is fun and challenging. However, the game is buggy and broken to hell. Don't buy it until they have fixed the many issues hounding the game at the time of writing this review.

Edit: After getting some help, I managed to save one of my savefiles, so I only lost 6 hours of playtime...yay

I have a brand new computer. If I zoom out, the game crash. If I zoom in, the game crash. If I move, the game crash. That's the reason why I've only got 31 min playtime, and why I don't recommend it! ♥♥♥♥ game, save your money.
