A very fun and relaxing game. Also suitable for unskilled players, as most of the time you may decide the pace of the game by your own actions. I've been playing local split screen co-op with a very inexperienced player, and we've still had a blast laughing even if I lead the way all the time. Gamepad is a must.

I kind of wish I could recommend this game, but I just can't. As others have said, it's not so much a puzzle game as it is a jumping trial.

I played about halfway through (3 worlds). When you get to the third cube type (gravity cube), there is a moment of relief: is the game finally going to pick up the pace? But unfortunately, it seems, no. The game is just a bit too boring and repetitive. The new mechanics (cube types) should be introduced much faster and all the obvious levels just scrapped completely. The slow movement speed is not helping at all. I didn't fall that many times so personally the jumping wasn't that much of a deal breaker to me, it's just boring.

A surprisingly fun game that hooks you up very quickly. You'll get one weekend of fun out of this for sure if you can handle certain kind of humor and don't take it too seriously.

I played with a friend of mine, thus no game time clocked for me. For us it was a mere joke at first, but neither of us could deny we had a blast playing it. As someone else said: came for the girls, stayed for the gameplay!

I recommend the game, but with reservation - and it must be on sale.

The story is really short, just two or three hours. It is 2/3 relaxing, all nice and dandy, but also 1/3 frustrating and you just want to get over it.

It's a rare game in that it has no violence and it's a feel-good silly game with a life lesson, and that's why it's a shame in the end there are so many frustrating parts. Otherwise would be good for kids. Well, maybe the kids don't actually mind the frustration, but they might not get the relaxing effect either.

If you find it on sale, though, grab it, and spend a chill weekend on it.

Not really a puzzle game. This is a brainless clicker which you can easily beat in under 30 minutes. It might keep your little nephew entertained once while you are cooking or something like that. For that purpose, for this price it might actually be fine, if you have a touchscreen.

Also, what's with the hundreds of achievements?

There's a lot of variety packed in the DLC. There are huge open areas, there is a lot of tricky jumping, in the bonus levels there are really small well-contained puzzles and in the Egypt level there are puzzles for which the required work is close in comparison to that of building a pyramid.

Some puzzles were actually so much work, this time around I didn't even bother getting all the stars, as only 10/16 stars were required for the bonus levels. And I know I kind of cheated a few times by using either a solution which was clearly not the intended one, or by using a speedrunnish trick. That being said, finding a crazy solution was perhaps even more satisfying than finding the real one.

The DLC isn't unnecessarily long, but there's a lot of content. It just feels very compact overall, which I like. Visually it is even better looking than the main game. After the main plot there was no need to force you any existentialism stuff, and good thing they didn't - the focus is clearly on just the puzzles and not the story.

An excellent DLC with challenging puzzles. Very much recommended.

A nice and challenging first person puzzle game in a fascinating world filled with questions about existentialism.

If for some reason you haven't had that many moments thinking about what exactly it means to be a human, this game might give you some food for though.

Technically a job well done. Only a few of the puzzles were frustrating, quite a lot were rewarding. On average they were very good. If you do play all of the puzzles, the game is also really long at least for a puzzle game.

Recommended for everyone - if you aren't interested in the story, you can ignore it and just solve the puzzles.

Basically just a brainless clicking game, not a puzzle. There is a somewhat zen atmosphere to it, but for relaxing I'd recommend to take a stroll instead.

In five minutes one can already play through a few dozen levels and realize there's little to no puzzle involved.

In 5 minutes I already "played" the first 22 levels.

I bought the game as I had previously played and liked Shank and the two seemed similar.

At first it wasn't as straightforward, and actually took some time to get into. But once that happened, oh boy. This game is so much fun. Especially once you start unlocking cool new abilities. After the first hour of learning, Mark of the Ninja is a very relaxing experience and highly enjoyable using a game controller.

If you like platformers, if you like ninjas, if you like nice game mechanics, if you like to terrorize people with dead bodies, if you like smooth animation or if you just like a nice, high-quality game, check this one out.
