Amazing game, and I am not just saying that because I have the current WR for a speedrun where you name the anomaly you see! Definitely worth getting.

Free weekend happened the exact moment I went to go buy this game. Played for the weekend and it's just as awesome as I hoped. Obviously some buffs/nerfs need to happen to certain characters, but overall great game. The only thing that will kill it now is people just stop playing, which is all too common with games that I get invested in.

Too many people look at player count and decide it isn't worth getting. I played when it had 1500 and found games in seconds and played when it hit peak players at almost 9k. Playable either way people!

Just over 63 hours for me to 100% complete this game. First time in a long time I ever cared to do such a thing. This game is amazing. If you grew up on HP like so many of us did and wanted to play a good RPG game, this is perfect for you. The story is average at best if I'm being honest, but the characters are all pretty great.

The music is naturally fantastic.

Let me toss in the issues I did have with the game so people don't think I am just fanboying, which I honestly am. First, the side characters could have had more to do. I enjoyed the Sebastian story for the most part, Poppy is AWESOME, and Amit is the worst. But I feel like they could have joined in at the end instead of only getting teachers. Second, remove some merlin trials...holy crap. After you finish the in game challenge tiers, you're left with 50 merlin trials to complete if you want that achievement. Cut that down a bit...

Third, give me backstory for my character...we never really learn why I am getting my magic abilities at age 15, other than "Oh well, all the people who can see and use ancient magic gained this at age 15". That's it? Come on, add more!

Those are just small nitpicks though and that should tell you how good this game is. Add in the fact that I am bothering to type this up at all. Even at 63 hours completed, I am still going to move on to doing speedruns. I am this hyped for this game still.

I don't have many hours in this game yet (almost 7 at the review time), but now that I've found a weapon I enjoy and fights aren't taking 30+ minutes, this game is fairly fun. Obviously haven't gotten to the big fights yet, but for sure enjoying this game. Props to my friend for getting me into it, I'm sure it was frustrating for him to watch me get and uninstall these games constantly.

Honestly, barely played and it just angered me with how bad it was. I mean, where did this game even come from? I legit saw it 2 days ago appear on "Popular Upcoming". This wasn't popular Steam, you lied. This game was trash and you should feel bad.

This is me playing it at like 3am when it launched. Waste of my time and money.

South Park: The Fractured But Whole is just as great as The Stick of Truth. And honestly, funnier. And instead of 4 classes to choose from, you get what, 10? Pretty insane.

Not sure what all the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ is about. Yes, it sues UPlay, who cares? I never take notice. There is day 1 dlc, but it's not needed for the game. It's compeltely optional. The one liners from fights can get a bit dull, which just gives incentive to switch around who you use on your team. The boss fights are hilarious and fun, the ending is AWESOME.

If you like the show, and hell if you liked the first game, you'll love this game. I played on the Easy setting just to enjoy the story and I still got 15 hours from my first playthrough. I'll definitely be back to play agian to enjoy other classes.

If I were to give a rating, I'd go with 8. It's not perfect, there are a couple of annoyances here and there, but it had my laughing the entire time. The haters can just uninstall and go away.

This game was immensly fun to play, and the dialogue is the best I've seen in YEARS. The environment is beautiful and the story gets you interested fast.


The downside is that there is no real twist. I wanted so badly to find out what the huge mystery was in this game, and it was a huge letdown compared to what they could have done.

I'm only on chapter 4, and I love it. Not to mention I already see fun ways to replay this game to test things out.

It's more interesting to think about the idea of someone taking this game and making it into something more than just text. Otherwise, 10/10 so far.

This game is...addicting and fun as hell. Basically, get the game now and thank me later.
