Borderlands GoTY is good if you want to see the origins of what became the amazing BL3. It has a lot of flaws, but as a completionist I could NOT resist playing this game.

Torchlight and its sequel are classics. Entertaining and fun, some of the best games in the genre.

What a great game. Endless playability, challenging but approachable. Well done, good voice acting, and a rich and complex character skill customization system. The system is crunchy, which you may not like, but it is action RPG done right.
