I'm sorry I couldnt tell you anything really too new regarding him- i guess the only other thing i've physically seen that is new is the minor changes in facial hair (side burns- to soul patches to clean) and a lanyard hanging around his pants/shorts...tbh he just seems always very upset and intimadating i'm not sure if he was like that in Washington.
