Early Access Review
Sker Ritual is a wave based co-op shooter that's a spin-off of the game "Maid of Sker" this game is completely different in terms of gameplay to that but uses stuff from "Maid of Sker" it looks great and is a little clunky animation wise and some guns and effects need more omph but part from that extremely fun and promising.

I'm gonna start out by saying I really like this and yes I know everyone is comparing it to so and so but it really stands on its own and for price point (as of this review $18.49NZD) is really cheap and well worth the dollarinos!

I've played a little bit enough to get a hang of what to do, where to go and what weapons I like. Some weapons are better than others and some feel like they need a buff to keep up with every other gun. There are bugs here and there but that seems to be getting patched up quickly, one thing that happened when playing with my brother is he fell through the map then spawned back at the spawn then the other thing is that my game crashed and I didn't get my exp wave 28. When the game originally came out it ran pretty bad but the recent patches have fixed that completely (for me).

I look forward to what they can do with this as its very promising and excting to see that road map of goodies, I also love that they're taking into consideration community wants/wishes. My most wanted things for this game would be modding and modded maps. VR is a cool one I saw but I know that'd be a toughie. Anyways I give this game so far a solid 7/10

Yes I love this game.......

This is the real version thank you Bethesda, not special edition stop hiding the original where all the mods and community are (Why do you think every mod comment section has people asking if they're gonna make/port it to special edition) here's the hidden links or even go find the orignal collection online cheaper than the special edition =)

Beat Saber is number 1 VR game on the market, Why? because it has helped my scoliosis, uneven ribcage and also has helped me rebuild my muscles and bones (even with my pain disorder!) I play this game every single day because its the most fun I've had with any music game ever. It brings back that special memory of me playing guitar hero for the first time and wanting to be the best I can be, this game has recaptured that special feeling. Its well made the modding community makes this game better and the beatmaps people make are amazing, and with 890+ songs in my library I have alot of replay value.

Now that we've got that little bit out of the way, I usually only play Expert+ songs because I'm one of those guys who has to one up everyone and show "yeah its not a problem" but and here's the big but, I don't compete in the unofficial scoreboards because I don't want to ruin the fun factor of the game by repeating songs and sections to the teeth. I don't want to get angry at this game so I keep to myself (I could do it but its just not fun and ruins why this game is special to me)

+Smooth VR Gameplay
+Graphics (Simple but effective with smoke and lighting if done right by the map creators, creating a awesome experience)
+Getting my skeleton body moving again even with my troublesome body issues
+Mods and Mods
+Multiplayer ("Coming Soon" when this review goes up but I have tested out the multiplayer mod and its so much fun!)
+Jamming to music and also discovering new music.

As it stands "Audiosurf 2" is my favorite music game of all time. I hate how people are saying this game is "limited" it's not at all , there's plenty of game modes and skins to mix and make a different experience. Why do you like it ? I like it because the beatmap it generates is as close to the song as it gets to music generating games based off your own music. Its got all the classic game modes but alot more (also community made ones) but my favorite by far is "Ninja" it's the best game mode if you wanna improve your "Audiosurf" skills (but what about the community made modes like "Mono Turbo ++") no official game modes only for me because that's where everyones at , don't get me wrong I love the other community made game modes but I wanna verse people not be alone on a score board.

The Graphics are alot flashier depending on what skin you use (My fav is the "Simple Colors" skin by far the best community made skin at the moment). Let's talk about the "Menu" people say its not clean *facepalm* what do you want , it does what it needs to do it looks completely fine , clean and works like a charm.

*clears throat* Well we cant really talk about "Sound" can we because it depends what music you listen too , hold on a second the "Sound Effects" ah right well the sound effects seem to be the same as the first "Audiosurf - Chimes" sfx. Unfortunately you can choose other sfx like the first one , you only get the option to turn it down and up (Ah well they annoyed me sometimes)

Overall the "Audiosurf" experience is there just more open and I love it.

9/10

The game works completely fine well for me anyway no crashes nothing , the game its self is really fun !

PROS
- Fun combat system
- Lots of goodies to collect if you wanna get 100%
- Awesome level designs
- Challenge Mode (Pretty Entertaining)
- Allows Gamepads (I'm using a xbox 360 controller)
- Multi-player

CONS
- Screen Resolution (maxed at 1024 x 768)
- Quick button events are really hard and confusing because it doesnt actually tell you the buttons it shows icons
- Some voice sfx get drowned out by some of the game but its not too bad

Rating - 7/10 Good game with a few flaws but nothing game breaking , a very enjoyable action packed pirate experience (for some people i guess it doesnt work don't know why)
