If you like building bases and managing ressources you have to play this game.

Pros:
-simple to get into but very hard to master
-complexity increases while you play through the game
-huge modding support with some crazy mods that take this games complexity to a whole new level
-can be played on a toaster
-big core community

Cons:
-insanely time-consuming (if you want to go all out on this game)
-could prevent you from seeing any natural light again

Best F1 game up to date.

Pros:
-still best career mode of all simulation racing games
-MyTeam career mode (POGCHAMP)
-very friendly to beginners
-physics designed with the help of real F1 drivers
-cars feel a lot more predictable
-great sound and graphics
-improved AI that behave a lot more natural and make real mistakes from time to time
-cool new car designs and stuff to unlock via basically every race/challenge/time trial
-still a very high skill cap for those who really want to push the top times

cons:
-driving with certain assists can still give you the best times (debatable)
-very simplistic tire model, but its not bad at all as it is
-very limited track evolution (except weather transition)
-still limited car setup options, but you can now change tire pressure per tire instead of front/rear only
-nothing new for multiplayer except technical improvements and car skins
-very high curbs still dont kill you or your car like in real life (e.g. right inner curb at monza's second chicane)
-track limit penalties/warnings on "strict" setting are very unfair at some corners if you compare it to the real life racing line that the drivers are allowed to use even if they are behind the white line (e.g. Austria last corner). Sometimes the game will give you a warning, even if you lost time by running wide for example

Overall though a very solid game. 9/10

This is just like HL1 but much better. Very good graphics, a familiar environment but also some new secret rooms with loot etc.
Xen, the alien world, has been renewed completly. It has nothing to do with the old HL1 Xen, but this is not a bad thing. Its basically the opposite. Tricky fights and puzzles are also added.

If you loved HL1, then just buy it!

Would I recommend it?

Yes if you
-like near real life racing simulations
-want to push your potential to a maximum
-want fair online racing
-love GT3 cars
-want to invest a lot of time in getting better

No if you
-just want to drive around circuits
-want a huge variety of tracks and cars
-want some kind of epic career mode experience

Some weakpoints of this game are the following:
-you cant customize your HUD like you could on Assetto Corsa
-very little content: Yes this game is built around GT3 cars and that is fine but there are a lot of tracks missing like the Nordschleife, LeMans Circuit, Circuit of the Americas....
Also while the game is a lot about endurance racing, I would like some LMP1 and LMP2 cars as well.
-Basically no explanations for a lot of setup options, which makes it really hard for beginners to get used to it
-You cant just open a lobby and drive with friends. You have to get some 3rd party server software to run a virtual server on your computer.

Basically the game is like its predecessor, but with a big lack in content. The only upside to this game is the Quick Play feature, where you can jump into a random lobby and race against others. In addition to that there is a pretty competitive ranked mode available.

Conclusion: If you want a competitive GT3 simulation environment, then go ahead and buy it. If you just want to drive around and/or experience more tracks and cars, then you are better off with Assetto Corsa or Project Cars.

The combat system is complete ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
Even Gothic has a better combat system.

Story? Dont care, because gameplay is absolutly horrible.

Pros:
-Vielfältiges Skill- und Itemsystem
-gute düstere Atmosphäre
-Grafisch ziemlich gut
-Gut durchdachtes Crafting-System

Cons:
-Teilweise Lags bei Internet-Spielen
-LAN Funktion teilweise unausgereift
