Very disappointing.
it feels rather underwhelming.
The initial mission where you're by yourself is fine.. but then when you take on another mission.. the AI of the other folks is annoying.. and gameplay wise it feels far more complex than GHOSTBUSTERS the Video Game..
I think i would have rather kept playing by myself on each mission.
No AI partners. It might be easier to unlock things..
Requested a refund.
I'll wait for another GB game to come out.. preferably something more like GB The Video Game..

I'm disappointed in myself as well.. because i kept asking for this game to come to steam.. i finally get to try it.. and i hate it.
I wanted to love it, but i can't.
On a technical side of things, it didn't really run too well either.. every time i fired the particle thrower at a ghost or opened a trap to catch it, the game would have this crazy lag spikes.
Ran great otherwise.

I very much recommend this game.
I think my ONLY complaint about this game is not being able to carry copper tin and iron through portals.
That seems like a pointless feature that's just there to irritate and annoy the player.
It just serves to frustrate me during game play.
I rather not keep traveling by sear every time i need to collect some metals.
Other than that ONE complaint, i for sure recommend this game!

A lot better than Brittany home alone.
Much more meat (figuratively speaking) to this installment.
Much more worth the price. But i do hope more get's added...there hints that some more things might come.. so i hope it does.

It's not.. horrible.
I'm giving it a thumbs up because quality wise, it's great.
Content wise, it could use more for the price.
I'm glad i grabbed it on sale..

This game is a ton of fun, especially when playing with others.
I encourage you to give it a shot.
The price is more than worth it.

It almost feels like Minecraft in the ocean.. almost.
What sets it apart is.. one.. graphics fidelity, and two.. the more in depth you go, the more you realize there's an actual STORY behind what's going on.. something Minecraft sorely lacks.
But like minecraft, you collect things and craft objects and build onto your raft.
This game also unlike minecraft is much more fun when you play with someone.
Hoping someone wants to play with me some time.

The software is still early access, but since i've had time to actually use the software and actually get things done with it, i can say i hold it a bit more favorable than i used to.
Is it perfect? No.
Does it need work? YES!
Can it become something far better? Only if the devs listen to feedback, and actually make those changes.
My original review was not favorable because i did not have enough time to actually use it and learn it.
But now that i have, i can say that it's pretty good.. good enough that I was able to clone and mimic a classic mario game.
It's not perfect though, not by a long shot.
One issue is when i test play a game, the scrolling layers i set up do this odd warping of pixels on back layers, but that might be fixed eventually.
Like i said before though, it DOES have potential.
And it for sure needs more work.
But after making all the things i've made with it, i can say for sure that it is worth having.. it's up to the devs to help me keep that opinion.
The software is still early access, but i'm hopeful that after release, it will be far more enjoyable.

Gameplay is okay, but it's not what i had excepted after seeing all the promise this game HAD during past E3s and so on and so forth.... so honestly...
I can't recommend this game at all.
The story is confusing.. the ending is just horrible,
And all the promises this game HAD are gone and thrown out the window.
Save yourself the headache and just skip this game.
I hear that the only saving grace is the DLC... that's pretty sad.
I have yet to buy any DLC..
I hope the next Bioshock is better... if there even IS a new Bioshock after this one.

I have been meaning to do a review of this game for awhile, and here i am doing one.
Okay i am going to be totally honest.
I LOVE this F-ing game!

I love the humor, i love the story, i love the crazy batsh*t insane sh* that goes down.. all of it.
BUT... i do sadly find myself wanting to use cheats every time i play it... i'm not very good at FPS games sadly.
So even though i have to cheat my ass off to enjoy this game, it's still worth the price.

Once upon a time, i seen this game talked about on G4 as well as Tech TV back in the day.. and i remember seeing the player piss on someone.... it was at that moment i thought to myself.. i MUST play this game.
Sadly i had NO damn clue where to get it... could not find it sold anywhere physically.

So some years later go by, and i am unaware of steam mind you... i sit back and start looking up the game thinking "where can i get that game?!" Sadly the first time i owned it was maybe 3 years ago.. i found an illegal copy and i DLed it and went to town... you gotta remember, i had NO clue where to get it.. and i WOULD have paid for it...but could not find it and had no clue who made the game.

Fast forward to earlier this year.. and BAM i have steam and it turns out the game IS on steam.. eventually i get the money and i buy it cause.. well.. i rather support the developers, i'm not a thief..
I have been playing it since, and wow what a ride.. the steam version is way better and way more stable than that illegal copy, plus i can play the weekend story.

This game is really ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ funny, especially in what you can do... the moment i pissed in someone's mouth and they threw up and ran of screaming.. i laughed so d*mn hard and thought "wow.. perfect game, right here!".
The dude reminds me of me and my life.. me just trying to live day to day.. and everyone around me crazy in their heads!

All i can say is after playing through and fighting the madcow deamon... i sat back going.."okay i need more of this, there has got to be more!" and sadly Postal 3 i have heard some bad things about so have yet to buy it..
Can not WAIT for the new DLC being worked on, and i will be so happy when it releases because it will be a day one buy for me!

By the way, i wish to say i am sorry to the developers RWS for basically stealing the game at first... i hope me buying it on steam makes up for it.

I have had the chance to use this more and wrap my brain around it.
And while it does have a lot of potential and you can do a lot.. and while i DO recommend it to folks, i feel there are some things lacking that should be addressed.
You can't modify the title menu nor the end menu.. the menu where you pick to go to title or end and what not.

These are both MENUS and thus this engine should support modifying those said menus as well.
The fact that they can not be modified is annoying.
I also feel like there should be more bells and whistles you can add... it just sort of feels like it is lacking when it comes to pizzazz and presentation options.

So you can not modify menu transition effects, you can't do any sort of cool morphing of images for the menus and so on and so forth.
I also noticed no means of changing blending options for images and the menus and so forth.
No positive or negative and what not.
You can not overlap more than one image for a menu box either.
There just feels like their should be quite a bit more.

If all you want is to easily change windows shapes and sizes and positions and graphics... this engine is for you.
But if you're like me, and go in thinking you can do other fancier things.. then you are in for some dissapointment.
So while i do recommend this engine... i only recommend it if your expectations are rather low.
