Do not buy this game if you intend to play it with friends.

Playing with friends is only doable 1v1, you cannot create a custom game 2v2.

Close to being a good game but sadly another ill-conceived moneygrab missing key functionality.

I have historically been a massive fan of the predecessor to Call to Arms; Men of War. Even for my love for the developer's previous games, i cannot help but leave a negative review.

The game itself is fine, it expands upon Men of War's greatness with a fresh modern setting but the multiplayer (the part of the game that is actually fun) is totally unplayable. Terrible net code and online performance means that every single match I have joined in the last year+ has been totally unplayable. Just after beta release, the game was quite enjoyable but Digitalmindsoft's total lack of progress (infact, regression) in regards to the online performance issues has made playing the game a pointless effort.

DO NOT BUY THIS UNTIL THEY FIX THE ISSUES, MORE NATIONS IS NOT AN IMPROVEMENT WHEN THE GAME ITSELF IS UNPLAYABLE.
