THE_FIGURANT

I played this game for around an hour and a half before getting a refund from Steam.

-Combat is floaty and is unpolished.
-Level design is uninspired and bland, all of the areas essentially can be interchanged and be unnoticed.
-Weapons and armor do not have stats, enemies drop the same weapons and armor constantly.
-Stamina/hunger/Minecraft system is more of a chore to manage than a feature.

For a game that looks like it was spit out in Unity with no polish or thought to long-term gameplay and to charge $30 dollars is insulting. I was surprised this wasn't marked 'Early Access' for a game that feels so unfinished.

Buy the game if you want, but I'm fairly sure you'll refund it after experiencing (or not) what little this game has to offer.

Tree of Generic

-Horrific looping soundtrack that freezes your game everytime a new track loads.
-No native analog stick support...?
-No tutorials, manuals, instructions or backstory included
-Uninspired 'grind monsters to level up' gameplay
-Terrible hitbox system for monsters and player character


Game in general feels like it was made as a college student's submission for his Game Design class.

Do not waste your time on this game!

Fantastic game.

Game's got a great soundtrack, if more levels get added this is an easy pickup for anyone that liked Katamari Damacy.

Neat critical hit combat system involving the rhythm bar at the top of the screen, hit enemies in time with the music and deal extra damage. When you have a mechanic like this it's imperative to have a great soundtrack, and this game's got it. Great fun so far. Play with a controller for the best experience.

Gameplay is crisp and fun for quick, casual sessions or long affairs. Soundtrack is top-notch. Once this game gets Multiplayer capabilities it will be a gem. Buy this game.
