I thought the game was enjoyable. I finished the campaign and tried to do as much of the side content as I could, but I missed some. I have a few issues with the game. Thew first is that I really struggled on Standard difficulty. I changed to the easiest setting and it was honestly way too easy. I wish there was a setting inbetween, so it's still challenging, but not so much that I can't complete it.

The story is interesting and enjoyable and I feel that it was worth the money.

So far, so good. I agree with the complaints about the resolution being 1080p maximum and the price being a bit high at €50. I am enjoying my time with it and it's not as easy as it appears. I never expected triple A quality from the title, but I find the graphics, storyline and audio to be sufficiently good for me to have a fun time with the game. I hope a patch or two will make it even better, but right now it's a great game at 30 euro and a reasonable one at 50.
Edit: Coming back to the game after a month or so, it's a far better experience. The first patch fixed the resolution issue, so no faults there. The difficulty is still high, but the lack of resources leading to having to use broken weapons seems to be resolved. I still think the original asking price is too high, but it's a pretty enjoyable experience, honestly.

Very enjoyable game. I love turn-based strategy games anyway and I loved this game enough to finish the main campaign. The game is well worth the money.

I have not finished the game yet. I can say that the cut scenes are a little janky and the controls feels similar. The gameplay is really enjoyable and the story and characters are interesting. I love my experience with the game so far and can't wait to play some more tonight. A few more patches and the game will be pretty close to perfect. It's not a AAA game, but I didn't expect it. Well worth the money.

I don't think I can say enough good things about the game. I'm terrible at it, but I enjoy it so much. It's not X-Com and you're doing the game a disservice thinking it is. It's a turn-based game with an interesting story. There's tons of missions and if you enjoy turn-based battlse and don't mind experimenting, you'll love it, especially mastery crafting. Masteries are the key to getting the most out of your builds. Highly, highly recommended.

This is not like the old King's Bounty games. It's a lot slower with more story and less battles. It's interesting. I can't say that I was in love with it initially, but it grew on me and I managed to finish the game. The battles are interesting and the story is good. I can say that the ending is not satisfactory at all and I can only assume that it's written with DLC or expansions in mind. I paid full price for this game and I don't regret the purchase, but YMMV. I do however think that the Legend and Armored Princess were better games.

Really amazing game. Better than EW in my opinion. WotC makes a big difference. I played on the default difficulty and found the game a challenge, but not impossible. Get it. Good luck, Commander.

Just about the best game I've played this year. The story and characters are all interesting and there's many modes including story mode. I've yet to try online, but I can say that from a single-player off-line perspective, this is fantastic. Absolutely recommended.

Loren is suprisingly interesting. I thought the story was reasonable and the characters interesting. The turn-based battles makes Loren quite a bit different from other VN that I have played. I actually felt like I was playing a JRPG, except that there is no representation of your character on a map. What you do see, though, is what appears to be nicely drawn backgrounds, with your character and important NPCs overlaid on top (like most VNs and JRPGs). The RPG elements are pretty good and I enjoyed finding the right skills for my characters. Ididn't enjoy item management as much though.

Did I finish the game? No. Will I? I'm not sure. I've enjoyed everything up to where I got. The story is good, the conversations between party members are sometimes intriguing and at times fairly predicatable and and even the characters are sufficiently different to not be boring. Music is pretty decent too.

Your character is not the strongest in the game. There's plently of characters who are a lot more useful in combat than your character. I found that refreshing. Since I haven't finished the game yet, I have no idea whether your character will turn out to be the messiah, but being just a support for Loren suits me just fine.

I got the game as part of a bundle, but for $10, it's certainly worth it.

Got this in a bundle and didn't expect much from it, but it's great fun and super tough (for my aging reflexes, at least). There might not be massive amounts of game modes, and the main game mode is relatively simple, but it's pretty addictive. I'll definitely play this again.
