This game is pretty fun. It captures the real life fun of putting with mini golf, and the silly courses that come along with it. Works well playing with your friends online for some fun banter. It also lets you make yourself a giant head in the sky to scare your friends in the cave level of the tropical course. What else could you want?

This game was a lot of fun during the beta, but appears that it has been abandoned by the playerbase and now the company.

Mortal Kombat X on PC has a lot of issues, and generally doesn't run well. It's a fun fighter when it does work, but as it stands, they basically abandoned the Steam release, and have announced that the future DLCs won't be coming to it. As it stands right now, if you have a PS4 or Xbox One and are dying for this, pick it up there, otherwise avoid it. Maybe if you are dying for MK and only have a PC, pick up Mortal Kombat 9, which runs pretty well.

I loved DayZ, originally. When it was hot and new, it was like the wild west. There were a lot of promises of what was to come in the coming years. However, now, the years have come and gone. A lot of the smaller bugs have been fixed, but the game is still the same core game, the additions that were promised when arrived were lackluster. The game is early access, but how long will it be 'early access' before they just deem it done? Personally feel like the game went downhill when it became over run with hackers and cheaters decimating the system, just like what happened in the mod. Now they say that the hackers and cheaters have disappeared, but so has the rest of the community.

In this current state, I can't say that I recommend it, however in a few years, it might be the game that I had envisioned it being.

Edit: 5/21/2020 - Hello! The game never became what was promised. I have moved on from DayZ, and mostly play "Escape from Tarkov" to get that same feel of adrenaline that DayZ had provided to me when getting shot it. Feels better made. I'd suggest maybe that as an alternative to this, which is a shame since Day Z was great and had a lot of potential. Unfortunately, this never came to fruition. They've added in many of the things that were in the mod... but unfortunately that was also in the mod 9 years ago. If you have friends who play this, might be fun, but if not.... I can't recommend it. I want to, but can't.

It's the DeLorean. It has the super sweet fire trail. What's not to like?

Honestly, I bought this game on a whim during the summer sale since it was 75 cents or something like that. I didn't expect much, but I absolutely ended up loving it. Quick little adventures that I can play in bursts with some gear carrying over to the next adventure is something that I was very interested in. If you like challenging yet simple games with RPG characteristics, check this one out, you won't be disappointed. On the plus side, it's super cheap! :)

Do you like typing? Yes? Buy this game. No? Give the game a try and see if this on rails shooter will be what makes you like typing. I've been wanting to play a Typing of the Dead since the Dreamcast, and this finally quenched my thirst. I never got around to playing it on the dreamcast, but I was not disappointed to play it here. If you've ever had any interest in it, give it a shot. It also includes the original House of the Dead Overkill, so if you like on-rails shooters, there's that. It's not bad overall, but it looks a little wonky due to it being a port. It is however chock full of that B Horror flick humor that is fantastic.

I've purchased this game on roughly four different platforms now, if that is any indication of how much I love this game. Basically, you start small as a small time gangster and then make some major moves throughout the state of San Andreas. You'll see the slums of Los Santos, to the high class life of San Fierro, or the seedy and shady dealings that are in Las Venturas. You've got to play this game at least once in your life time. I put in so much time and completed it 100% back on the Playstation 2, and it was worth every hour. It was one of the best gaming experiences of my life, and you deserve to play it. It has held up surprisingly well over the years, and while it might not look as pretty as its successors, it more than makes up for it in humor and gameplay. Do yourself a favor and play this game.
