Amazing game, both technically and in terms of gameplay. Definitely something you'll want to watch a few tutorials / read a few guides about though.

The main game is great, though you probably shouldn't expect more than 10 hours out of it. After you've completed the main game, you can continue searching for the game's many secrets and hidden puzzles. While this might appeal to some people, I suppose others would find it a tedious sort of task.

It's OK. It does feel like a rather simplistic, linear, and dumbed-down Nethack though.

If you ever wanted to try this legendary game, I guess now's the time, since the inclusion of a real GUI makes it playable for normal people now. The GUI is still appalling compared to its spiritual descendent and main competitor, Rimworld, and I suppose a lot of people might enjoy that game more. But Dwarf Fortress is the original and more complex/involved game.

Surely the best Rimworld DLC.
