Honestly not worth it anymore. Log in to be killed in the spawn room by teleporting players with knives, shot through buildings or thrown into the sky by people who even put "hacker" in their names. If the devs even bother to ban the account they'll just be back with a new email so there's really no way to save it. Ten years ago it was pretty fun though.

They removed the RPG and loot elements from the first game and made a generic cover based shooter. I played through it twice to try a combat focused character rather than my original sentinel from ME1 and it was still pretty bad. Enemies just spawn in from around corners in areas out of reach like it's an arcade shooter. The paragon vs renegade is no longer a morality counter but two separate bars you just fill up so that you can choose to punch someone in a weird sort of mid-dialogue QTE. Rather than tactically managing combat you just shoot things, and rapidly regenerate health after a few seconds of not being shot yourself. And whenever you talk to the leader of a terrorist organisation who tried to kill you in the last game you only seem to have the options of agree or strongly agree.

I guess that if you just want a sci-fi shooter then you could like this one. But after playing the first game I wanted more RPG less shooter. This was very disappointing to me.

One small positive is that Wrex is in the game. He doesn't join you, but it's nice to talk to see him again.
