The diablo game I enjoyed the most since the first Diablo. The always online DRM sucks (and sucked particularly when I was on vacation and didn't have a permanent reliable connection) and for my part I wouldn't have needed other players running around on the map (I am the ducking hero here?!), but besides that I don't have much to complain.

Also a seriously great game to play on the deck. Bought the game on release on battle.net and installed it on my deck and played for around a hundred hours. Bought it again on Steam for ease of use.

Didn't live up to the hype but (on PC) definitely not deserving of the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that came after release. Great storytelling, great setting and not nearly as many (gamebreaking) bugs as some made it seem. I played through right after release and did not experience a single game breaking bug. Some minor ones, yes, and a couple of crashes but nothing dramatic.

Grandiose successor to a series that goes back in to my early gaming days. In my opinion the best Anno so far. It does get quite complex though with now three worlds to manage at once.

Pity though they decided to make this an epic exclusive. Just glad I preordered for me and wife before that, since otherwise I would have missed out on this great title.

Bought this game in early access because I really loved (and love) the steampunk vs zombies theme. I played around ~15 hours, enough to finally get me to the final wave of a survival game. Lost that and decided not to play the game again for a time.

Started playing again recently to try the campaign. While it isn't all bad, I still cannot recommend the game. The hero missions are fairly boring. The campaign doesn't have any story elements, it's just a bunch of maps to play in a certain order. There is still no introduction how to play the game, to ease you into the games mechanics.

All of that wouldn't matter that much if there were saves. If your idea of a game is that huge amounts of hours poured into winning one map are obliterated once you make one mistake, this game is for you. If you are like me, and you only have limited time to play, losing a match after putting an entire week of playtime in it and having to start all over from the beginning is a real turn off.

Call me a casual and that's maybe what I am nowadays, but honestly, what is the harm in adding a save feature for people like me?

Definitely not the most thrilling or most immersive of the new trilogy, but still a great game with all the action and puzzles (they may be a little too easy in this part - or is it just repetition?) you'd expect from a tomb raider title and a worthy ending to the trilogy.

If you haven't played the previous two parts yet - get those first. If you have played and liked them, you will like this game too. If you didn't, well then probably not.

Definitive recommendation.

CS:GO Review
Very well polished iteration of the game that shaped the genre of online multiplayer FPS like no other. Despite it's rumoured problems regarding the bad community, griefing, raging and cheating, my online experience rarely was like that, even before trust factor kept the rabble out of my online games.

Conclusion: Great game, whose community isn't half as bad as the rumours say.

Great, classic hack'n'slay. Does not take itself too seriously, so if breaking the fourth wall ruins it for you, this might not be the right game for you. Visuals are still decent on highest settings; it is a little demanding then though, despite it's age. Online multiplayer server have long been turned off, so the only way to play online with friends is via hamachi.

I spent hundreds of hours on half a dozen playthroughs (don't let my hours fool you, I had the retail version long before Steam), so it's definitely a recommendation from me.

Can be a bit tricky to get to run on Windows 10, nothing that can't be solved though with a little help from google or the forum.

Starbound is a great sandbox game with endless possibilities of exploration, crafting and base building. The game itself is fairly polished and it feels like there has gone a lot of love into it and the theme is very coherent (unlike terraria that has all kinds of random stuff thrown in together). It also has a storyline, so you're not completely left to your own devices. The storyline itself isn't particularly inventive, but the characters are crafted nicely, which makes up for that a little. Especially recommended for coop play.

Now to the only (but kind of serious) downside: For some reason the game does not run very well on any of my computers. Even on my 2700X I do get regular framedrops and rarely make it above 60 FPS; I tried all the recommended FPS fixes but not to much avail. I don't know if it's because the game engine does not make use of multicore CPUs at all or why, but it can be pretty annoying, since even medium sized bases can get a decent PC on its knees apparently.

Great quality short film, true to the game's atmosphere. Certainly worth spending the 10 minutes watching. Especially recommended if you have played the game. I am not sure if it will appeal to people who haven't played the game though.

Nice little brain teaser. Be careful not to get lost in it though. Time flies and hours pass without being noticed when you puzzle out how to make your reactions even more efficient and faster.
