You may find all your progress has been deleted after weeks of gameplay, as I did.
It was a very souring experience and I have decided to delete, and not finish because any achievement moving forward is upended by the buggy save/checkpoints. You may have to restart the mission from the beginning, there is currently no way around this.

Awesome, DOOM makes me feel like a kid all over!

Other than having to literally pull out your ` "tildy" key, and uncheck steam cloud update. Don't open console, don't enable "god" mode, etc...
