I'd say this. Look at what the game is supposed to be. In example, Rainbow Six Siege is SUPPOSED to be tactical and slow paced. If it does that well, then why not. If it's super fast paced and advertised as a slow paced shooter, then leave a negative review. That's my policy :D

Yeah... I mean, if I could give a mixed review, I would, but like, I don't know... I don't really want to leave a positive review but I would guess that would be the right choise anyway?
