Special containment procedures: Scp-[Redacted] is to be given free reign in the outside world. No containment necessary unless SCPs of reality bending class ever breaches containment.

Description: SCP-[Redacted] is a male sentient Shiba Inu wearing a 20th century Fedora. The subject weighs in at 22.69kg at 66cm tall, much larger than the average Shiba Inu. Despite the still relatively small size, the subject can move objects with its own strength up to 226.79kg. The origin for this abnormality in strength had two theories. The first, SCP-[Redacted] Fedora enhances the user's own abilities. The second, the dog is a mutant that obtained the Fedora at a later date.

SCP-[Redacted] was discovered in [Redacted] United States after reports of a talking dog.

The Fedora of SCP-[Redacted] appears to possess powers of a multitude of SCPs. How it obtained this ability is unknown. The Fedora is able to allow SCP-[Redacted] to open pocket dimensions as portals similar to SCP-106; however, the corrosive effects are entirely absent.

Other abilities of SCPs are theorized to be within the hat, though more studying is required.

At whim SCP-[Redacted] is able to produce any form of WWII tanks known or unknown from the hat. The tanks in question always appear to have modern enhancements and upgrades with additional armour. When asked about why the specific use of WWII tanks SCP-[Redacted] only responds with [Data Expunged] after [Data Expunged].

Besides being able to produce tanks at an alarming rate, the subject is also able to call upon a fire team of staghound tanks commanded by a multitude of Shiba Inus. The fire team always arrives in 5 minutes upon call no matter the location of SCP-[Redacted]

SCP-[Redacted]'s Fedora also contains a mini lab with a pocket dimension. Anyone can enter the dimension at permission of SCP-[Redacted] after a certain process of [Data Expunged] is taken place. Within the lab contains a multitude of pods large enough to contain an adult Male of seven feet in height. The pods were revealed to give SCP-[Redacted] the ability to shape shift into whatever creature is within the pod.

After asking if SCP-[Redacted] could remove his hat, the subject refused, stating that if he did, all the energy absorbed from the hat would be released, resulting in a possible Dooms Day event via super nova.

By nature, SCP-[Redacted] is a friendly doge that loves to help out his peers at any moments notice. The subject is even willing to give his own life to save a friend. This behavior was revealed after SCP-[Redacted] stood in the way of a large bipedal Equine to save a Pegasus and Cyborg.

After death or near death, SCP-[Redacted] seems to respawn fully healed and with memories of previous life. The amount of times the subject can respawn appear to be infinite, though it is advised not to test this theory as SCP-[Redacted] will embark on a vendetta towards the one in charge of his repeated "deaths."

After Incident Addendum [Redacted]-B which resulted in ##### casualties of both onsite personal and a nearby town, no human is allowed to call him Cute ever again. Doing so will result in immediate termination and execution. Any non-human species may still call him cute, however, doing so still puts SCP-[Redacted] into a panicked state of embarrassment.

SCP-[Redacted] prefers to go under the name of Vic Voss or Vic for short. When questioned about beliefs or philosophies, Vic Voss strongly asserts to being a follower of Yehusha Hamashiach and is more than willing to speak about it. Though Vic does not entertain trolls.
