Update review: Holy ♥♥♥♥ they actually fixed this game.

One of my favourite game series finally ported to PC, just as fun as I remembered it. Extremely addicting.

Pretty good game, does suffer from abit of bugs every now and then and the matchmaking needs some work, but overall it's a good game for friends.

This game is one of THE best games to come out this year for me. So many great moments happened throughout my 19 hours spent in this game so far. The soundtrack of this game along with the "Nightmare" difficulty makes this game so adrenaline inducing. For example: When I destroyed a flesh pod, the theme "BFG Division" started blasting as about 50 demons spawned, most of them being Revenants, Hell Knights and Imps. I was dodging so many attacks that can easily deal 60-75 hp a hit, I was slaying the demons left, right and centre. It's amazing how much this game can feel like I'm playing through a hardcore fast pace 90's shooter. ID software did an amazing job on this game, and Mick Gordon killed it with the soundtrack. I recommend this to any hardcore DOOM fan, pick it up and "Fight Like Hell".

About five hours in and I'm really enjoying this game. I have a mid to high-end rig and it runs just fine. No known error messages encountered by launching the game or playing through it. The fact there's no guns and no vehicles is totally fine by me, hell it's even more enjoyable to ride on the back of a sabretooth tiger, bear or mammoth. The characters in this game are actually likeable, the shaman for instance, he seems to be a very dark and mischievous, but he is really helpful to Takkar's journey. I'd definitley recommend this game to others. And I say Ubisoft is coming back strong.
