Steam automatic away workaround script

Steam status change when idle is not working on linux.
Since it was really annoyng me, I thought to do something (valve don't seem to care about it). Enjoy.

Nice workaround.

It's probably worth linking to the relevant bug report[github.com] in case anybody wants to subscribe to it in the hopes of updates on that front.
