In [url]http://multiplayerrobot.com/Game#11487/url] (and only in this particular game, all other GMR games I have are fine) I download my turn, play it and when I hit Next Turn, the game crashes while it is processing Netherlands' turn, with the "Sid Meier's Civilization V has stopped working" message.
The situation might be related to the player that would play right after me (Kevanwithana who was Netherlands) leaving. When in game, I see that the game is aware of the fact that Netherlands is an AI now (leader name is changed to William), however I saw a message saying that "kevanwithana has entered the Industrial Era". I guess the message was generated before Kevanwithana left but maybe this causes some sort of an issue.
Reverting the turn did not help the situation as when I got the new file after the revert and the previous player replaying (or maybe just did a re-upload, not sure) his turn, I still have the same crashing issue.
As I believe this might be useful for the developers, here is his diagnosis: "The problem is in the espionage code and occurs when a human player leaves just before the turn that his spy will try to steal technology."
After this, Andruh actually made a mod so that this fix can be applied by anyone: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=540914516
