Installation

    The Right Way
    1. Download SKIM64 from here[github.com].
    2. Select Product: Tales of Berseria "Fix"
    3. Install


Configuration

    Press Ctrl + Shift + Backspace, a brief discussion of some of the options will follow but that menu can do everything important in half the time ;)
Known Issues

    MSI Nahimic and Razer (Insert Any Product Name Here) are known to interfere with Special K (d3d9.dll), you may need to disable that software to use the mod.

Troubleshooting

    Please include all of the logs from the logs/ sub-directory in a paste to pastebin.com.

Your download still works, but your repo has been disabled by GitHub staff.

I reverted back to W10 Anniversary Update(due to still on-going issues, clean install).

Now i tried to reinstall Tales of Berseria fix, i get this:

And a 15 byte d3d9.dll is placed in my game directory...
I'm going to guess this is because of GitHub...

Yeah, it tries to download the installer DLL, but gets a 404 not found.

This is a deliberate attempt to shutdown every single one of my projects. The source code is readily available and people can see the minimal amount of work necessary to accomplish this. So until GitHub provides a legitimate list of terms I have violated, that's my response.

Yeah, managed to work around this by just manually installing, because thank god the TBFix project is still up.

It's been fixed, but I haven't pushed that update to each of my projects.
Can i prevent this by disabling autoupdate so it never reads the server ini? Or is that the bug?

Absolutely, you can disable the potential for this problem (and I would suggest you do so, since I'm in no mindset to update any of my projects right now) by setting Frequency=never in Version/installed.ini
I'm having a problem manually installing TBfix since the auto updater is unavailable.

I'm extracting the contents of tbfix_01022 into my Tales of Berseria directory and creating the necessary copies per the guide, but when I launch the game I am still getting prompted to update to version 10.2.2 from the Special K Updater.

However, whether I select Yes or No, for some reason I have no sound in game with TBfix installed now. :/

Dad the same issue, it's because the d3d9.ini from github has override enabled by default, on infinite sample rate(over 500000Khz). The only audio that worked for me was the intro cutscene(because that has a fixed audio container).

I wonder if GitHub's server aren't on the fritz? I've never shipped my software that way.
All the more reason just to ditch GitHub completely, I suppose. They've been as unreasonable as teh Steam moderators (in fact more so, since they won't tell me which terms I violated on a list a million pages long). I would prefer to write code, not guess these things.
Strangely I still can't seem to manually install the latest TBfix without the Special K updater prompting me to update to the latest version on first launch though.
