I just got this game, and the bosses are some of the worst I've ever experienced in a game. I was enjoying it until I got to the NOEDs. I've put up with some ludicrously bad game design before, but I'm at the third NOED right now and I've just completely lost my drive to continue any further in the game. It's just not worth it....

Honestly getting the game to run wasn't as difficult as I thought, even though I'm using AMD hardware but I found that there were certain items that were colored in red light, the usable ones sometimes covering themselves in green light for a brief period while they are pressed. Trying to play for the first time and the game tells me I don't have PhysX installed. Pretty sure I have thanks to my graphics card, but to make sure I click OK to install PhysX. Then the installer tells me I need to uninstall PhysX 9.<blah> so RoboBlitz can install PhysX 2.<meh>. I don't really expect any response to this, just getting frustrated at the number of dud purchases I've made on Steam sales, perhaps someone considering making a purchase in the future will read this and not make the same mist...
