Any changes cause of the new game? or just patch?

This game looks like a lot of fun, but not being able to turn off the annoying music is a deal breaker, I wish the Descriptions on these games would mention you can't turn the music off. Refunding.

I am using an Xbox one controller and the game has real issues with it. I've played a bit in the past and never had an issue. each time I press a button the game thinks i'm inputting from my mouse. So my mouse would show up, and would show the pause button as If i was using mouse and keyboard for a split second. this makes it so half the time my button presses don't register. I was really hoping somebody might know a fix for this as there is only one post before this that offers no solution...

Why spend all this effort to have voice actors but then having it drown out by the music? Voice acting seems great but I can barely hear them. Don't get me wrong, the music is great too, but it's just too loud. It affects the gameplay experience a LOT, and to be honest, it really knocked down my enthusiasm to play this game. Feels like an audio slider would be so simple to add and could be done in a hotfix. Why has this not be done already?...
