depends on game. some games have a generic save file location for the computer/windows account and are independent from any Steam interaction.

Shall i tell you my games?

Whether the games are played shared or not does not affect the save files. They're still fetched from the same location.

I did get your question.

No, it will not reset.

I've bought games before that I've previously played as shared from someone else. It reads the same exact save files on both the shared and the owned version.

As wuddih pointed out, some games save under C:\Users\My Documents\ instead of C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\<SteamID3>\<app-ID>\remote

Basically a Windows User based; non-Steam user dependent save location.

It means if you, for example, played the game on a future date on your primary account and saved, it could overwrite your secondary account's progress.

HOWEVER just because you buy the game on the secondary account doesn't corrupt the save progress you've made as you've played the game shared on the second account.

tl;dr: No.
