whenever I beat a wild monster instead of just showing me the usual amount of xp my monsters gain it just freezes and just refuses to run. the game is unplayable like this.

Let me be the first to say that I want to like this game. I do. I really do. I've plugged almost 14 hours into it after getting it in the humble choice in march of 2023.
